At your disposal: a kitchen, a sitting room, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, a shower room and a toilet. Supplementary charges for the electricity. Pets are accepted following agreement of the owner and with a 5€/day charge. There is also a tourist tax of 0,30€/day. The bed linen is supplied. Outside you will be able to enjoy a 2.600m2 fenced and tree studded garden. Five bicycles will be put at your disposal for 20€/weekend and 50€/week. There are children's games available. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: the gîtes is situated mid-way between the Lacs d'Orient and the Der. The lake of the Horre famous for its carp fishing is at 3,5km and Nigloland Park is at 30 minutes. This detached and very quiet house is situated at 16km from the lake of the Der, 50km from Troyes and 38km from Bar sur Aube.
