Stay in our uniquely decorated house where each room has it's own theme. Feel yourself at home in KC Royals bedroom, indulge yourself in luxuries of Versailles, relax in Hawaiian beach room, plunge into colorful Marrakesh living room and find serenity in bamboo Japanese bedroom. Whether you plan a get away with your friends or family gathering this place is ideal for you. Create your memories, take your pictures, relax and enjoy your stay. Among 22 properties that we rent out - this one is a gem!

This single family house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and two living rooms/spaces, nicely equipped kitchen, two outdoor decks, fenced backyard and a driveway (no garage).
All bedrooms have a queen size beds, the living rooms offer sofa-beds. Kitchen has all the basic necessities like pots, pans,plates, cups, glasses, silverware etc. It has an electric range, a microwave, coffee maker and a fridge. Both living rooms have Smart TVs with Netflix and Sling TV included (no cable subscription). Free high-speed internet (Wi-Fi).
The house also has a laundry room with washer/dryer available for the guests to use (detergent is provided)
Towels, bedding, shampoo/body wash are provided.
The house is located close to Lenexa historical center, close to shopping and restaurants with easy 5 min access to major highways (20 mins drive to KC downtown).

Great house and location

We had some friends getting together for a golf trip and really enjoyed our stay. Quick highway access and Lenexa has great amenities. House was in grest shape and had plenty of space for the 9 of us.

Quiet neighborhood

Nice Place

The place was in a good part of town, clean and easy access to dinner and coffee! The fenced backyard was great for the kids. Beds were comfy and the 3 bedrooms were perfect for our family. The check in and out processes were easy and not crazy like some of the check out processes I've seen. The communication/reminders from Borris was just enough and not overwhelming. I would stay here again!

A wonderful weekend with friends

The property was great. the outdoor area was perfect for a nice bbq gathering of old friends finally reunited after years of distance. The living room lounge area was the perfect setting for video games and movie night. Couldnt have been happier with how the weekend turned out.

Fit our needs

Home was right size and price for our needs. It was relatively clean. House is old and has missing trim, holes, some faults covered up with strange decor. Pictures in listing make it look bigger than it is. TV streaming and wifi worked. Bathrooms were fine. Two beds had comfortable foam mattresses. Third bed uncomfortably hard. Two couches not comfortable for sitting or sleeping but ok if you aren't picky. Two outside porches would have been more enjoyable if they were cleaned up, lots of cobwebs and dry leaves piled up. Kitchen not great. Some burners didn't work on the stove. Only 3 spoons. Lots of nice towels but NO washcloths in the whole place. Reservations and check in were easy.Overall it was fine for what we needed. and price was reasonable

House was beautiful and accommodation were clean and very comfortable.

This property is a great rental with very decorative rooms. Me and my family enjoyed the house to the fullest. My daughter which we came to visit in college was very surprised at her families turn out for Thanksgiving and everyone loved the house. We would definitely recommend this house to everyone.

Enjoyable Stay

The house was good for my family. Good space and layout for 8, having two young kids and an infant. The house was not dirty but not a fresh smell when we checked in. We had a problem with ants in the kitchen that was unexpected so we ended up throwing out some food we brought. Didn’t find and dish towels or wash rags which was inconvenient but manageable. The location was great and close to a lot.

Issues with the vrbo. Lawn mowed while we were there. Leaves blew into the canopy bedroom when the lawn guy was there. Outside weeds in flower bed. Trash overflowing. Sink in main bathroom faucet was loose and toilet handle is loose.

Unfortunately, our stay wasn’t very comfortable. The place didn’t feel very clean — the shower was in poor condition, and my wife didn’t even feel comfortable using it the second day. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the pillows were very flat. Everything felt old, dusty, and not well-maintained, which really triggered our allergies.We were frustrated to pay a 150 cleaning fee when it was clear the property hadn’t been properly cleaned. The shower curtain was especially dirty and should be replaced. Several items were also broken — the wood bench, a kitchen drawer, and one of the chairs (which gave out under my 90-pound daughter because it wasn’t intact).The door lock was also very finicky and often difficult to open, which made coming and going frustrating.The location was great, but overall, we were very disappointed with the condition and cleanliness of the home. It definitely needs a deep cleaning and some maintenance updates to make it more comfortable and inviting for guests.

Cute house - fun room themes

The property is on a quiet street and close to restaurants, retail, grocers and more. Easy access and adorable rooms. The only issue we seemed to run into was the big pine tree right by the driveway made parking a little odd. The branches are cut a little low and it's awkward getting into and out of vehicles. Small adjustment to parking angle fixes this. Overall the stay was great. Thank you Boris.

Creative place

The house is super creative for its decorations and everyone has a place to be in the house. Also it is located in a very convenient spot close to strip malls, restaurants, gas stations, and other stores you may need. Overall a wonderful experience.

Girls Getaway

We used the house for an 80th birthday get-together for my mom. We needed a place where all the granddaughters and daughters-in-law could gather for a wine and appetizer night. Kitchen was fully stocked and everything was clean. If the weather is nice, there is a great deck out back. This house is also in a great location and close to a lot of attractions in KC if you're not staying in.

Took my Daughter and her friends to KC for her 18th birthday and we all loved it. When we walked in it felt like we were transported into a vacation paradise. Such a cozy house with much charm. Plenty of shopping and restaurants very close by. Would highly recommend it!
