"Great location, next to train station. Right in the middle of it all! Rooms are small, but overall a pleasant stay for one night before moving on."

"What a lovely hotel, rooms are small but very well laid out, so they do not feel small and they are pristine and very modern. The restaurant serves lovely food and the staff were very helpful. I should highlight, that I actually messed up my booking and the staff were very kind and sorted it out even before I noticed the mistake and didn't even feel the need to highlight my error. The outside area is beautiful to sit out on for a coffee or food, located on one of the canals, and kitted out with lovely furniture. The only draw back I would mention is that it is about a half hour walk from the train station/city center, with no shuttle buses. This is not a problem at all when you are out sightseeing etc, but when you are dragging suitcases, it wasn't such an easy walk. On the plus side, you are never waiting anymore than 5 minutes for a ferry and they are running all the time (even through the night) and it is completely free. We will definitely be returning next year, thank you for a wonderful stay."

"This property is very centrally located. Hotel is very well maintained and has a gorgeous atrium. Everything is within walking distance. We booked through Expedia and we got a free upgrade on the spot. The staff were friendly and very helpful (thank you Rona!). They gave us tips and insights on what to do. I would definitely stay here again. They also offer a breakfast package."

"Room cleanliness was satisfactory, we had problems with dirty sheets but the manager was straight on it and had everything changed. Staff were lovely especially the female manager she was extremely friendly and we chatted everyday about what we had been doing! Breakfast buffet was lovely. There is a small gym which is great for the kids in the evening. Could definitely do with something for children within the hotel. There is only a pizza machine (which is nice) and a vendor machine with sweets and drinks which was quite expensive. Other food options would be great. It would be good if the restaurant was open for dinner and seems like such a wasted space. The area is a little run down but 15 mins on the metro which is a 5 minute walk away and you are in the city which worked well for us. Overall i would return again."
