This generous 52m² apartment offers a bright and open layout designed to accommodate a capacity of 6 people:

Living & Dining Area: A vibrant multi-functional space featuring two comfortable sofa beds, a large wooden dining table for group meals, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The room is anchored by a stunning hand-drawn mural and large windows that flood the space with natural light.

Modern Kitchen: A sleek, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen featuring white cabinetry, a full-sized black refrigerator, oven, stovetop, coffee machine, and kettle—perfect for preparing everything from quick snacks to full dinners.

Private Bedroom: A quiet, separate bedroom featuring a comfortable double bed, bedside lighting, and a wall-mounted TV for private relaxation.

Storage: A long hallway equipped with extensive white wardrobes and a designer sideboard ensures ample space for all guests` luggage and belongings.

Cleaning Policy:
This will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.

We offer monthly discount for longer period of stay. Please kindly let us know if you are interested in staying longer with us !

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
