The property is situated in Western Park which is a surrounding suburb of West End of Leicester 3 miles away from City Centre via car. We are a 3-minute drive from Western Park, one of the largest parks in Leicester offering 72 hectares to explore making it the perfect place to de-stress. Alternatively, why not explore the National Space Centre, just 9-minutes’ drive away from the property, an exhilarating experience for the family you surely do not want to miss! The neighbourhood also offers a wide variety of shops, especially when you turn into the main Sunnycroft Road which leads to a variety of eatery, shops and a Tesco superstore. 

The bus stop is easily accessible from the main street of Sunnycroft Road.

There are frequent bus lines which takes you anywhere into the heart of Leicester city in just less than 20 minutes that is easily accessible from the main street of Sunnycroft Road.
