The property location is not good and very far from city with no access to market or shops nearby. The property doesn’t have a lift and we had to climb up three storeys for room access. The room was big however the sitting area mattress was in a poor condition. The staff is friendly and helpful.

It might be due to the rush but there was no room service or housekeeping. The view from the junior suite is very good. The food is decent but there is no menu that you can order from.

Not a great hotel for every one.

I booked it for my parents but there is no warm water available in many rooms. Water sometimes comes and sometimes doesn't at all. My parents had to request for water often. It's located far from city so you cannot visit city often unless you have your own car. Overall the stay was ok. Not recommendable to anyone besides someone who is out for trekking or hiking and is driving their own vehicle.

Wonderful! just simply Wonderful!

Amazing Hosts. Wonderful place. We loved our visit and will have a long memory of Laddakh in our lives because of great hotel staff. Don't forget to ask for Dorjee driver for your taxi travel. One of the best driver I have every driven with (and you will need it because of rough terrain). I could trust him with my family in car on treacherous Himalayan roads and a whole bunch of aggressive drivers around.

The property is very comfortably located in Shey village away from the hustle of Leh. Thats what i liked the most. Since the property is new, they have to work a lot on the basic facilities and comfort for a kind of hotel that is located in an extreme altitude like conditions. Mostly it will serve travelers who may require far more greater comfort than what at present it is serving. Even the complimentary breakfast is mundane though they may fuse local cuisines which are more popular. The Manager is a wonderful person and very helpful. Logistics, travel operation guy was very helpful and good too. For that thanks to the hotel management.
