"Staff were great, I appreciated the discretionary early check-in, cleaners were great, bed comfy, very spacious, lots of storage in the bedroom, location is perfect but there are some basics that need sorting out. In as much as the aparthotel looks nice, the construction quality is poor... there are noticeable gaps on the window frame leading to noise disturbance from outside, the shower is not very hot, the faucet in the sink gives oui warm rather than hot and they both take forever to get to...

"When I arrived at the hotel, they had no record of my booking. When I informed them that I had booked on hotels.com, they said that's not possible since they had stopped doing all online bookings a year earlier. I was so tired, confused, and unable to get hold of hotels.com. Afterall, my room was paid and confirmed. I asked them if I could just pay out of pocket for the night, just so I could sleep and then sort out the issue with hotels.com the next day. I got a room with no space, leaking...

"Our stay was horrible and we will never use stayz again either, we tried several times to address our concerns with host and he ignored us and we contacted stays and they also ignored us. The accommodation was not as described online, it was unsafe, the showers leaked and made the floors very wet, slipping hazard for my kids. The shower pressure was weak, the doors and windows didn’t lock, also a hazard for my young children, wires hanging out of power points, advertised generator but power goes...

"A peaceful and welcoming sanctuary after a long journey. The skylight in-terminal hotel is a beautiful place to stay, crisp linen, immaculately clean rooms, cool aircon and peaceful. I loved our stay here. The warm hospitality of the hotel and delicious breakfast made for a memorable stay and we were refreshed for the next leg of our journey! Don't hesitate it's a wonderful hotel and very convenient in the terminal."
