Summary:

Located in La Vigne on the Cap Ferret peninsula, between the Vigne Port and the American Beach, it can accommodate up to 10 people. Just 100 meters from the basin and facing the forest, this 150 m² villa offers an ideal place for a relaxing stay with family or friends. You will enjoy a spacious and comfortable living space. Peaceful, it guarantees a relaxing getaway.



The Space:

This villa is set on a vast 1,700 m² plot, offering a spacious and pleasant living environment.



On the ground floor, you will enjoy a large living and dining area opening onto a generous 80 m² terrace, an open-plan kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two separate toilets, and a utility room.



The upper floor features two additional bedrooms.



In addition, a second terrace at the rear of the house, equipped with a barbecue, provides an extra outdoor space ideal for relaxing and entertaining.



Guest Access:

The villa is located in a little-trafficked lane, and you have the entire street to park as the villa is the only one in this street!



The Neighborhood:

Villa Capucine is located in a very quiet area with a pine forest as its opposite view. The beach on the Bassin side is just 100 meters away, and within a 5-minute drive, you'll find the ocean with the Horizon Beach, along with all the shops in the Cap Ferret village, its market, and oyster huts.



Getting Around:

Feel free to contact La Loge du Bassin; we can place the order for you and have the bikes delivered directly to the property. The company will also come to collect them afterward.
