Outside, this property boasts a private swimming pool overlooking the lush green grassland, rugged mountain tops, and azure Ionian Sea. To access the villa there is a path which is 140cm wide alongside 14 steps. The front door has a width of 88cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 120cm wide. The patio is crazy paved which can be uneven in places. There is a small lip over the patio doors. The pool itself has ladder access. Inside, the ground floor double bedroom door is 78cm wide, whilst the bathroom door is 70cm wide. There are 15 steps to the first floor.
