"UNDER THE PALMS" of Downtown Mount Dora

A beautiful, fully-renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cozy attached guest house in Downtown Mount Dora. Includes fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, refrigerator, dual sinks, toaster & coffee maker.

Each bedroom has a king-sized bed. An extra twin-sized bed is available, if needed. There is a make-up/hair station in each bedroom, which includes a large mirror, desk with a drawer, chair, hairdryer, extra outlets, and a make-up mirror. Living room has flat screen HDTV with Roku, Xfinity streaming included, WIFI and a very comfortable leather recliner couch.

Private picnic area & parking available.

Steps away from downtown Donnelly Park, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops, community center, Lake Dora, nature trail & boardwalk.

Great place to stay in Mount Dora

Very clean Perfect size has all the essentials free parking spot was convenient Hosts are great Very close to cool bars, restaurants and unique shops .Pisces Rising, Back Porch, The Nest, Frog and Monkey and Yardery . You will not be disappointed .

Great place

Randy and Luann are the nicest and the place is amazing in a great area. We stayed with the doggies and were able to walk to downtown multiple times. I knlw where to stay next time I'm in the area.

Great Mt Dora property

This is our second visit to this property. Listing is just as described. Great location in walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Short 15 min drive to the Big House if on town for sporting events!

Location, location, location

Like I mentioned before, this property is in a perfect location for going into downtown Mount Dora, we were there for the Art Festival and it is literally a 3 minute walk to all the stores and restaurants, parking was no problem for our two vehicles and the rental itself was perfect, two King beds,a kitchenette and a nice Porch to sit outside

Magnificent place in Mt Dora

Our return visit was as outstanding as the first. Great place and great location for really enjoying Mt Adorable, on foot since it is so close to the action. Randy and LuAnne will make you feel at home!

Good quiet location but within walking distance of restaurants/cofffee shop/etc. Hosts were on-site and available if there were any issues. We didn't have any at all.

Wonderful and Relaxing Time

This property is located just 2 blocks from downtown Mt Dora! It’s an ideal location - close enough for shopping yet far enough away from the noise and traffic to relax in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The hosts were very attentive to our needs and quickly replied to any text messages. The home is well stocked with linens, blankets, towels, pillows as well as a fully stocked kitchen. On site parking for 1 car. If staying in Mt Dora, check out this pet friendly property. You won’t be disappointed. We will definitely be back!

Great plce to stay

A nice welcoming feel upon entering. Cutely decorated without a lot of knickknacks that we had to worry about disturbing (we have boys). Had everything we could need plus more. Beds were very comfy allowing for a great nights rest after our long day at a Scottish festival. Randy and Luann were very easy to work with and great hosts. They stopped by to say hello and see if we needed anything at our festival space. Very close to downtown and our festival site. Good WiFi and TV reception. Would definitely like to stay again next year if it is available. Thanks again, much appreciated.

1st Mt. Dora Trip

This was our first time being in Mt. Dora. Under the Palms was a perfect selection for us to stay. We had our 3-year old German Shepard with us and we had never seen him more relaxed. The location was perfect, a short 3 block walk into the downtown area, but far enough away that our dog could enjoy his daily walks through the neighborhoods without encountering a lot of people. Under the Palms is a nice 2 bedroom 1 bath unit with the owners nearby. The place was well kept and very clean. The beds were really comfortable which was great for resting after walking the street of Mt. Dora. The owners were very nice and even allowed us early check-in. We highly recommend considering Under the Palms when visiting Mt. Dora. We will definitely be returning.

Great Location and Great Hosts

House was very close to downtown Mount Dora, which is what we were looking for, park the vehicle and walk everywhere. Pictures could not have been spot on anymore then they were, walking into the home was like walking in to the pictures. Hosts were very nice and easy to work with, we will be back to Mount Dora and will utilize "Under the Palms" again.

This was our first stay at this location and we left really happy and planning to return. The place was clean and so close to the center of the town. My wife and I had a wonderful time.
