With beautiful lake views, Villa Valle de Lecrín in Chite is ideal for a relaxing getaway. This two-story property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an extra guest toilet, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning in the living room, a fan, a washing machine, and towels for the beach or pool. A baby cot is also available. Outdoors, enjoy a private fenced pool, garden, terrace, balcony, and barbecue.



Guests can use the pool, open from April 1 to October 30.



The villa is just 10 minutes from the lagoon with water sports facilities, 20 minutes from the beaches and coastline, 25 minutes from the Alhambra, and 40 minutes from Sierra Nevada. Granada Airport is a 35-minute drive away.



There are 7 parking spaces on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and parties are not permitted.



The bedrooms stay naturally cool and do not require air conditioning. Part of the electricity is generated by solar panels.
