"Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Tiziana’s home. Civenna is a very nice, beautiful little town. The apartament is very cozy, perfect for a family or couple. Tiziana is a great women, kind and helpful. We had a problem with our rent car and she helped us without a second thought. Definitely you need to have a car cause to get to Civenna from Bellagio is a bit hard without it. Cons: Nothing. Everything was very good."

"Amazing views and nice to have a pool, owners are very friendly. The downsides are you will need a car as it’s up steep hills also air con did not work at all and neither did the WiFi properly."

"The residence is around 25–30 minutes above Lecco and offers stunning scenery, peaceful surroundings, friendly staff, and a freshly cooked breakfast made to order. The online reviews are accurate, and both the hotel and previous guests strongly recommend travelling by car, as taxis can cost €35–45 each way and many firms are reluctant to travel up to the property. Returning after a day exploring the area and watching the sunset from high above was truly relaxing. One thing to note is that the hotel does not serve dinner, and there are no nearby restaurants, so it is important to eat before returning in the evening. During our stay, which was shortened from two nights to one due to other commitments, we unfortunately discovered a large number of ants riddled all over the bathroom and living area of our room late at night after returning from a long day out. The owner did what they could by arranging for housekeeping to vacuum them up, but it appeared to be an issue that had happened before, likely coming through cracks between the bathroom tiles and walls. While we understand the property is located on a farm, we did not expect ants inside the bedroom. Despite this unfortunate experience, the property is lovely overall, and I would stay again — next time for longer to enjoy more of the surroundings and the hotel itself."

"Absolutely remarkable! We are beyond grateful to stay at this beautiful residence! The host was very gracious in allowing an early drop off of our luggage and accommodated us in every way. The home is very clean and tidy with fabulous amenities! Such a fast walk from the train station, approximately 6 minutes and then only 3-5 minute walk to the lakefront! Plenty of amazing restaurants and cafes/bars to choose from. We couldn’t be happier honestly; HIGHLY recommended this spot, and the price for our stay was unmatched by anything else in the area. Grazie Mille Casa La Breva! "
