Welcome to the Bavarian Gasthaus, Suite C - offering a single king studio unit that is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Leavenworth.

This cottage-style 4-plex offers excellent value and is the perfect accommodation for visitors who want a simple, convenient place to stay without all the fuss. Located in a converted historic home, it even comes with free parking downtown, so you can explore without battling or paying for a parking spot!

Each hotel-style suite is like a cozy little nest, equipped with all the basics: a microwave for your late-night popcorn cravings, a standard 12-cup coffee maker to fuel your mornings, cable TV to binge-watch your favorite shows, an iron and ironing board for pretending you’ll actually iron something, a hairdryer to blow away bad hair days, and a mini-fridge to keep your snacks and drinks chilled.

As it's an old historic home, you might hear some noise from the neighbors—consider it part of the authentic charm! Wonderful location for MaiFest!

This is our third year coming to Leavenworth for MaiFest. This is our first time staying in the downtown area. The location was so convenient and the studio was adorable, clean and perfect for us! It was very dog friendly and the accommodations were perfect!

The room is great! The shower is amazing! The bed is comfy! The location is awesome! The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because of the WiFi access. It’s spotty at best. The tv is tied to the WiFi and we spent more time watching the “circle of loading” than an actual show.

Great location and very pet friendly. Nice to have parking and walk to everything downtown Leavenworth. The property was as described with easy check-in. I was worried about the noise when I realized it was right on the street but it really wasn't that noisy. I would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable little room perfect for a couple. Clean and a giant bed for sleeping in. Great location! Easy to get into town but quiet enough so you don’t hear other folks walking around.

Unit C - Compact but Convenient Location Location: Situated close to the main street and festivities, this unit (one of four in the house) offers excellent access to local attractions. The central location is definitely a highlight for those wanting to be near the action. Room Size & Layout: The room is notably compact, significantly smaller than standard hotel rooms. While it contains the essentials - a comfortable bed, small table, and two chairs - the limited space could be challenging for guests with mobility concerns. The tight quarters require careful navigation. Comfort & Amenities: Bed comfort is a definite plus Basic furnishings are functional but minimal Surprisingly good soundproofing - no noise from adjacent units - Limited space for movement and storage - Minimal amenities compared to standard hotel rooms Value for Money: While the premium pricing during Christmas season is understandable, the room's size and basic amenities make it difficult to justify the cost. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was everything we could have wished. The king size bed made it a tight fit but overall it was wonderful. It's in a great location and made it easy to walk throughout the town and enjoy the local activities! For the money, this was a great property to stay at and we would definitely stay there again!
