The property hostess was helpful and always available when we called for instructions on how to get to the home, as well as accomodating our needs, for example the fridge was not working. We called her and a replacement fridge was organised straight away. I would highly recommend this service and will look to book again if ever in Samoa again."

"The property is lovely, everything you need to have a gorgeous getaway and holiday. The fale is beautiful and really nice and comfortable. The owners were at the property the entire time, even staying underneath the neighbouring property where our family were staying which was a bit awkward. "This property is listed for online booking, which we booked as it was available. I tried contacting the number listed but it’s an incorrectly listed number so we weren’t able to get directions to the home. An Expedia agent tried to as well and couldn’t get in contact with the place neither. We finally found the house after asking around the village for this place only to finally find the place and meet one of the property managers on site, and the manager was shocked that we had booked online as...

Best hotel in Samoa

"After significant research on all of the 4/5 star hotels in Samoa, Taumeasina is by far the best and most luxurious on the island of Upolu. The resort service is best in class and the daily activities are very informative and relevant to the Samoan culture. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, air conditioning works very well, bathrooms are large. The pool area is very nice and the private beach is even better. Breakfast buffet is great and they have local dishes available. Proximity to downtown Apia is 5-7 minutes by car. Very central to the main market and grocery stores. Overall, highly recommend this hotel to everyone."

"This was a beautiful and peaceful property. It’s not spotless like a resort, but it is wonderful and comfortable. The staff is phenomenal and so helpful for all your needs. They called me so many taxis and helped make sure they would come (often calling them again). I stayed in the Fale, and it’s such a cool experience. It’s definitely more like camping, but it’s unique and fun. Make sure to bring an extension cord because the power outlets are on the ceiling in the fales."

"The place and the room was clean well maintenance. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. The food was very delicious and portions was seki. Our stay there was very good and safe. We had no issues or complains about anything. I myself will recommend to family and friends and ill definitely will be staying there for my next trip. Big faamalo to all the staff and the night security for keeping us safe and having the time for little chat. "
