Everything was great and we will definitely stay here again. The property was clean and the beds were comfortable-no uncomfortable bunk beds. The host’s communication was fast and responsive. This cabin has so much character and charm! It was quiet and secluded yet also close to Concan and Garner State park. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for your stay. I give this property 10 out of 10!

Clean and well equipped. Chill vibe to the gin and a very relaxing location. Very convenient base to visit the many attractions in the area. We were lucky with our timing with the July 2026 rains as the rivers were at a abundant level but well below flood stage. Patterson Creek welcomed us with chilly water to soak our feet in and was a quick walk from the gin. Very pleased with our host. Mark

Charming VRBO. Beautiful country.

The Grain Bin was clean, comfortable, cozy, and charming. Probably the most hassle-free check in/check out process of any VRBO we’ve stayed at. It definitely contributed to a wonderful trip to the beautiful Texas Hill Country.
