The driveway is a slight incline and may require 4-wheel drive in the winter months. Short 2 minute drive to Terry Peak Ski Resort. Easy access to Spearfish, Deadwood and Interstate, convenient for you to get to all the amazing attractions the Black Hills has to offer.

You will access the home from the lowest level. Inside you will find a great "locker" space that will flow into a living space. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and twin bunk beds on the lower level as well as a bathroom and laundry space.
The main level of the home features the kitchen, dinning room, another bedroom with queen bed and bathroom with access to the deck space.
The upper level hosts an additional bedroom with queen bed as well as a gathering area great for the kids or games


Taxi, LYFT. Trails down the hill can take you for an all day hike or trail ride.
