Each had a comfortable bedroom and private bathroom, and plenty of space to gather. We loved the hot tub, outdoor fireplace and games in the garage. Easy walk to the pools as well.

July Friends Stay

We loved the space. It was a great place for friends to enjoy breakfast and evening meals. Our friends loved having bathrooms attached to bedrooms. Prior to arriving you may want to ask if the AC can be set to a comfort level you would find best suitable for your family and friends.

Family vacay 2024

Our 3 generation family had a great week hanging out in the Lead area. The home was clean, nicely decorated, everyone enjoyed the arcade games, the ping pong table, the pool 3 blocks away and the kitchen had everything you would need! The only downside we could find was maybe a bigger gas grill! Beautiful area!

This was a Christmas gift to my kids/grandkids! With all the flooding we had just before we left, we debated on going but we went and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was big enough that everyone had a place to stay and was well equipment and had a variety of entertainment for everyone when were at the house to relax! HUGE THUMBS UP! We will come back again! THANK YOU!

Great Family Vacation Place nestled in the beautiful Black Hills!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We couldn’t get into the property until 4:00 pm, so 5:00pm central and had to be out by 10:00am (felt rushed). I felt like it really cut into our time. Plus with how expensive it is, we should be able to spend more time per day there. The home is gorgeous and it was so nice to have the outdoor fireplace and the hot tub. Everyone had their own room and bathroom which was so amazing!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was nice and close to the Terry Peak Ski area, where we skiied for a day. The property had plenty of bathrooms for our 3 families of 16 people. The heated garage with arcade games and ping pong kept our kids busy throughout the weekend. When our Keurig coffeemaker broke the first time we tried to use it, the property manager came and brought a new one within an hour or two! Great service, thank you!

Serene Escape: Timbers Lodge is a Black Hills Haven!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A weekend at the Timbers Lodge cabin was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the breathtaking views, amazing natural light, and the silence and tranquility that are natural to the Black Hills. The cabin itself was immaculate, cozy, and well-equipped with more than everything we needed for a comfortable and fun stay. We spent our days huddles around the large kitchen island socializing and reminiscing. When we weren’t in the kitchen around the island, we were im the wonderfully heated garage to play bean-bag (cornhole) tournaments and ping pong! Others were able to enjoy the arcade mainstays of Pac-man and pinballs! We were able to enjoy our dinners at the fully-accommodating and comfortable 12-person dining room table! Evenings were spent in the hot tub listening to music and soaking in the peaceful ambiance of the Black Hills at night. Both the hosts and property managers were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Without a doubt, this experience exceeded all expectations, and we cannot wait to return for another unforgettable getaway.
