Independent house in peace, in the small hamlet of Borgroager, less than 2 km from the pier and all amenities.
The ground floor includes a lounge dining room of 50 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a wood stove, a shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs, a 14m² bedroom with a double bed, a room of 20 m² with 2 double beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet. Travel cot available.

Charmante maison tout confort !

La maison de Luc est exceptionnellement bien équipée et la décoration est de très bon goût .Nous nous sentons de suite comme chez nous ! La maison se trouve dans une impasse , ce qui la rend particulièrement calme .Le jardin est clos et immense , notre chien a pu profiter aussi des extérieurs ! Habituée à Belle Île en Mer depuis des années , nous avons rarement eu une location de cette qualité Je garde au chaud cette adresse pour notre prochaine visite !Merci à Luc pour son accueil et son engagement

Semaine à Belle-Ile

Nous avons passé dix jours fantastiques à Belle-île. Notre lieu de résidence y a contribué. La maison de Luc et Céline est en effet très agréable à vivre, joliment décorée, et particulièrement fonctionnelle. Tout est conforme à ce qui est décrit dans l'annonce. Merci encore à Luc pour le prêt des serviettes de toilette que nous avions oubliées ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Maison confortable

Semaine agréable avec quelques jours de vent qui nous ont permis d admirer une mer chargée de vagues et d ecume. Les sentiers côtiers sont propices à la randonnée et permettent la visite de l île. Nous avons apprécié le gîte avec sa pièce de vie spacieuse, bien aménagée et surtout l emplacement de la maison au calme. Merci pour l accueil du propriétaire et sa gentillesse.

super séjour à belle ile

Maison moderne joliment décorée, proche de le Palais à pied. Bien équipée aussi bien dedans que dehors. Seul bémol: la cloture est trop basse pour laisser libre un chien moyen (50 cm niveau du dos) et le canapé n'est pas confortable.
