Le Manoir de Paris

My stay at Le Relais Saint-Honoré in Paris was absolutely exceptional and truly captured the charm and elegance that make Paris so special. Tucked away on the beautiful Rue Saint-Honoré, the hotel feels like a peaceful boutique retreat while still being perfectly located for exploring the city. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. A special thank you goes to Jerome, who made our stay unforgettable. Every time we crossed paths, he greeted us warmly and went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect. Whether offering helpful recommendations, assisting with arrangements, or simply welcoming us back after a day in the city, Jerome consistently showed genuine kindness and professionalism. His attention to detail and sincere care for guests truly elevated our entire experience. The hotel itself is charming, comfortable, and wonderfully Parisian. The rooms are beautifully maintained, the atmosphere is intimate and relaxing, and the location could not be better—steps away from incredible shopping, restaurants, and iconic sights. What truly sets this hotel apart is the personal service. Jerome and the entire team create an environment where you feel genuinely welcomed and valued as a guest. We were upgraded for our anniversary and it was an amazing stay!

Clean room, client services, amenities and understanding when we had to stay an additional two days due to the weather back in NYS USA. I wish the cost for the two additional days wasn't as costly. It was extremely expensive for two additional days when it was not in my control. It would be nice if part of the fee could be refunded on a courtesy. Thank you.
