Bon accueil

La femme qui nous a reçu était très agréable. Mais au niveau de la chambre nous avions 2 lits séparés et nous avions un lit double. Il a fallu attendre plus de 19 h pour la régularisation. Un espace en bas "client" des plus agréable. Un environnement très sympathique. Un petit déjeuner très bon où chacun peut obtenir ce qu'il souhaite.

Concernant le parking, la rue de l'hôtel est en stationnement gratuit, et elle est assez longue; par ailleurs, nous proposons à la location des places sur le parking du port au tarif de 13 par jour. Nous espérons vous revoir si vous revenez au Lavandou.

Dès notre arrivée le personnel de l'hôtel nous a tous très bien expliqué, visite de la chambre, ensuite sur un plan de la ville elle nous a fait voir tout ce que l'on voulait faire. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. L'hôtel est sécurisé avec toutes les portes d'entrée avec des codes.

Hôtel très moyen

Hôtel très typique du sud de la France néanmoins absolument pas du tout ce que j’attendais d’un hôtel 2*. Salle de bain datant des années 70. Isolation sonore inexistante (nous entendions les voisins de chambres retirés les prises des murs). Un tout petit gel douche pour 2, obliger d’aller en redemander à l’accueil. En bref je n’ai pas été satisfaite de mon séjour et y est mis fin la première nuit.

Nous vous remercions pour cet avis, auquel nous souhaitons néanmoins apporter deux précisions : * Le flacon de gel douche de 30 ml que nous déposons dans les salles de bain est renouvelé chaque jour du séjour de nos clients, mais il semble que vous n'ayez pas été à l'écoute de nos explications (votre message : "un gel douche pour deux pour deux jours, ça va pas le faire").* Vous avez appelé la veille de votre arrivée pour demander si les arrhes vous seraient restituées en cas d'annulation : votre départ une journée avant la date prévue, n'est peut-être pas seulement motivé par votre insatisfaction de notre hôtel, ni par l'absence d'un second gel douche dans la salle de bain. Nous vous souhaitons une belle fin d'été.

We had a very nice stay. The staff was most kind and the location is only a short walk from the lovely village Le Lavandou with its beautiful beach and nice restaurants. Love to come back some day!

Friendly service

We stayed here before taking the ferry. It was ideal. The ferry terminal is closed by. The greeting was very welcoming and we were treated to great, friendly service throughout our two night stay. The owners and their staff were very helpful.

Una struttura che pone delle regole che non considerano minimamente imprevisti ed inconvenienti legati al viaggio. Chiamata per tempo la reception, per comunicare lo stop imprevisto causa traffico ed incidenti sul percorso, non offre alcun spazio per derogare alla regola di chiusura ceck-in entro le 20:00. Conclusione, la struttura incamera il prezzo pagata senza offrire alcuna alternativa.

Hôtel idéalement placé pour un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Literie excellente. Propreté irréprochable. Outre leur professionnalisme, les hôteliers sont d'une extrême gentillesse, toujours prêts à vous rendre service, à vous conseiller pour un restaurant, une activité, ... Séjour parfait. Merci.
