"An extremely enjoyable 3-days at this Residhome, the check-in staff were lovely (friendly, professional and multilingual) and gave me the quiet room that I’d requested. The studio itself was spacious, pristine and comfortable, plus the much appreciated good A/C in 40C. Location was also good, just a 15 minute pleasant walk along the harbour from the train and bus terminals and same into the city centre and Château. "The person at the desk, Chinese, was very helpful. The hotel is in a perfect location, just a block away from the town square and the walking line. Parking is about 2 blocks away but you can unload suitcases at the door first. Parking is $17US$ for overnight. There is no air conditioning in the room, only a small desk fan. No shampoo, only the soap/ shampoo combo. Rooms are small but clean. The bathroom was larger than expected and very nice. You do get road noise if you are on the front side of the hotel. For the price it is a good find."
