Spacious apartment (60 m2), full sea view, 100 m from the beach with no street to cross, 5 people maximum, 4th floor with elevator in a luxury residence, well equipped, 15 m2 terrace, secure parking, shops at the foot from the building, 300 m from the city center.

Apartment very pleasant to live in, with its large terrace which overlooks the bay of Grau du Roi.
Ideal location for a holiday without a car ... quiet but close to all the entertainment.

In order to bring you even more comfort, work has been undertaken this winter (kitchen and bathroom have been redone).

Traumhafte Lage mit bezauberndem Ausblick. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine praktische Ausstattung auch für längere Aufenthalte. Ein reservierter Parkplatz hinter dem Haus rundet den Komfort ab. Fußläufig sind Geschäfte und Restaurants erreichbar. Der Hinweis, dass keinerlei Wäsche zur Verfügung gestellt wird, sollte in der Beschreibung enthalten sein.

Überragend schöne Ferientage

Unser Aufenthalt im September wurde zu einer wunderschönen Sommerverlängerung. Die tolle Wohnung mit fantastischer Aussicht vom Balkon wusste zu begeistern. Der Empfang durch den Besitzer war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es mangelte an Nichts in der sehr grosszügig eingerichteten Wohnung inklusive dem schönen Balkon. Angenehm ist auch dass man keine Parkplatzsorgen hat. Wir konnten einen zur Wohnung gehörenden geschützten Parkplatz nutzen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Blick auf bewegte Postkartenidylle

Der Blick vom Balkon des Appartements ist unbezahlbar. Man blickt auf eine Postkartenidylle. Die Wohnung ist für die örtlichen Verhältnisse sehr geräumig und bietet alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuss zu erreichen! Le Grau Du Roi ist Anfang/Mitte September immer noch sehr belebt, es gibt viele annehmbare Restaurants, wo man ein 3gängiges Menü noch unter 20 € bekommt. Wir empfehlen dringend, an Antimückenmittel zu denken. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Vorsicht: Lärm

In dem Gebäude darf nur vom 15. Juni bis zum 20. September nicht renoviert werden!!! Wir hatten bis 11.06. gebucht und haben vom Vermieter vor Ort erfahren, dass außerhalb des oben genannten Zeitraums jeder Wohnungsbesitzer das Recht hat, von 8.30 bis 19.30 Uhr Baulärm zu erzeugen. Über uns wurde eine Wohnung grundsaniert, die Fassade wurde renoviert, der Aufzug musste gewartet und Hecken mit lautem Gerät geschnitten werden - das alles in einem sehr hellhörigen Haus. Und so toll die Aussicht ist, auf der Wiese und am Strand wird ebenfalls bis spät in die Nacht viel Lärm gemacht.

quelques petits plus et ce serait parfait

excellent accueil, propreté etc.............. on a regretté le manque d'un coin salon où prendre l'apéro à l'aise quand il fait mauvais dehors, il y a juste un grand canapé face à la télé manquent aussi quelques crochets par-ci par-là pour suspendre vestes, essuies dans la salle de bains et cuisine
