Tilleuls is a 97m² apartment for 8 people located on the 2nd floor of the residence (no elevator). Ideally situated, you are close to the gondola lifts, the leisure area, restaurants, and shops. The south/east-facing balcony offers a superb view of the Aravis mountain range. Apartment location: - 200 m from the center of Grand-Bornand Village - 400 m from the downhill ski slopes - 200 m from the cross-country ski trails - 20 m from the free shuttle stop - 350 m from the bus station. Pets are not allowed. Parking is available in an outdoor lot. Cleaning is not included and can be booked in advance. Sheets and towels are not provided. Arrival from 4:00 PM - Departure before 10:00 AM. You will be contacted by the local agency for payment of mandatory tourist taxes and booking of the cleaning service.* *To be booked 7 days before your arrival and subject to availability. Kitchen: kitchenette, 1 window or French doors. Kitchen equipment: 1 hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, 140-liter refrigerator, freezer. Living room: 30.12 m². Bedroom 1: 8.60 m², 1 double bed, NE facing, mountain view, 1 window or French doors. Bedroom 2: 14.80 m² including attic space: 11.50 m², 1 single bed, 1 single pull-out bed, NE facing, 1 window or French doors, mountain view. Bedroom 3: 14.40 m² Bedroom 4: 14.60 m² including attic space: 10 m², 1 double bed, 1 window or French doors, SE facing, Aravis mountain range view. Bedroom 4: 14.60 m² including attic space: 10 m², 2 single beds, NE facing, mountain view, 1 window or French doors. Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms with 1 shower, at least 1 shower. Toilets: 1 separate toilet, 1 toilet in bathroom. Location: Le Grand-Bornand Village

Séjour de ski au Grand-Bornand

Appartement spacieux et idéalement situé en plein centre, place de parking appréciable vu la situation. Propre. Equipement correspondant à la description (pas de Wi-Fi). Un deuxième jeu de clé est nécessaire pour un si grand logement. Le "kot" à ski est trop petit pour 4.
