Just outside the village of Le Fousseret, this traditional 19th-century regional house welcomes you with its beautiful red brick facade. At Elisa's gîte, like a true family home, antique furniture and vintage objects create an authentic and warm atmosphere, perfect for family or friends gatherings and relaxation. The house is a true haven of peace with a terrace adjoining the kitchen, a barbecue/plancha area in the shade of a fig tree, an inflatable jacuzzi surrounded by bamboo, sun loungers to admire the panoramic views of the Pyrenees and the surrounding forest, a pétanque court, and games and leisure activities for everyone (children's play structure, ping-pong, exercise bikes, foosball). There is also an enclosed garden, an unfenced pond, and a parking area. The house is a 10-minute walk from the center of Le Fousseret, a charming fortified town in the Comminges region with all essential shops (supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, etc.). Nearby tourist attractions: Cazères (10km) with its remarkable market, water sports center for wakeboarding and swimming, shops, and restaurants; the Gaulish Village (12km); Martres-Tolosane (13km), a center for arts and crafts and the capital of earthenware; Rieux-Volvestre (16km), one of France's most beautiful detours; and the Mourtis ski resort (1 hour away). Inside, the two-level layout is spacious and functional: - On the ground floor: a wide central hallway leads to the kitchen with direct access to the terrace, the dining room, the living room, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The upper floor is dedicated to relaxation, with a small TV lounge area in the hallway, five bedrooms, and two bathrooms/WCs: bedroom 1 (two double beds 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (two double beds 140x190cm), bedrooms 3, 4, and 5 (one single bed 120x190cm), one single bed 90x190cm, and one double bed 140x190cm plus one single bed 90x190cm). Two baby cots are available. Heating is provided by a pellet boiler.
