Customer service inexistent (literally during week end), had to throw away the trash ourselves, no toilet paper nor toiletries , TV the size of a tablet..not worth your money

Gite sympa aménager comme il faut

Bonjour les gîtes sont sympas aménagé comme il faut assez intime la cuisine est type cuisine d'été en extérieur sur la terrasse, piscine ok. Personnel parfait très agréable, ti punch vous attend dans le frigo à votre arrivée. Plage accessible à pied à 200 m droit devant. je recommande.

Ideal pour circuler dans le sud

Bungalows de l hôtel sont bien disposés afin de limiter les vis à vis. L equipement des bungalow est simple et nécessite qq complément au niveau de la cuisine. Je pense à la planche à Découper et un frigo plus récent. Accueil tres souriant et le personnel est aux petits soins. Emplacement ideal pour rayonner dans le sud. Je recommande.

Séjour vacances

Pour 2 personnes petit bungalow chambre, sdb propre décor minimaliste. Petite cuisine bien équipée attenante à une petite terrasse. A part la réception ouvert jusqu'à 19h tenue par des personnes compétentes et sympathiques, pas de restauration, pas de bar, une salle ouvertes pour les petits déjeuners (à réserver à l'avance), une piscine avec 2 ou 3 transats, pas de parasol. Surement recherché par une clientèle habituée à être autonomes (repas préparés par soi même). Ce qui n'est pas notre cas.

Bon séjour

les bungalows sont bien placés, dans un écran de verdure, au calme on peut aller à pied jusqu au bourg du Diamant, la plage est toute proche toutefois l océan est très agité et la baignade peu recommandée aux enfants et petits nageurs. La piscine est agréable. L accueil est sympathique

Nice, simple huts close to the beach

Nice little hut with lots of shade in a compound with other, similar huts. Very nice to have a pool, although the beach is just a stone throw away. The huts are very simple, but we had everything we needed. Check-in was a bit complicated, we arrived around 2pm when there was no one in the reception. We found a note about what hut had been assigned to us, but not about how to retrieve the key. In the end, we called the number provided for emergencies to get access to the key. Once we had the key, everything worked out very well.

Deuxième passage en Martinique dans cet hôtel, personnel chaleureux, calme assuré, pour vivre de belles vacances natures dans ce paradis. Voiture obligatoire. Nous y retournerons je pense et au même endroit c'est sûr !!

Excellent séjour à l'Anse Bleue

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement où nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis en famille avec nos deux jeunes enfants. L'hôtel était complet mais très calme. Il est en fait composé de divers bungalows bien espacés les uns des autres ce qui permet de se sentir tranquille et un peu "chez soi". Nous avions un bungalow pour 4 dont le plan était bien conçu. Deux chambres avec chacune une porte donnant sur l'extérieur et entre les deux chambres une pièce traversante pour ranger les affaires ainsi que la salle de douches / WC. Chacune des chambres avait une climatisation qui fonctionnait très bien. Il y avait ensuite une cuisine donnant sur la terrasse indépendante. Le bungalow était typique et charmant. Le jardin et la piscine étaient tous deux très agréables. Nous n'avons jamais eu de mal à nous garer devant l'entrée de l'hôtel ou au pire une fois dans la rue de l'hôtel. En bref, cet endroit était très adapté à un séjour en famille, d'un excellent rapport qualité prix. J'ai lu certains commentaires négatifs sur les prestations de la chambre ou de la salle de bains. Si vous attendez du luxe, passez votre chemin allez ailleurs mais ce ne sera évidemment pas pour le même prix! Je tiens particulièrement à remercier le personnel et tout particulièrement la responsable présente tous les après-midis qui avait toujours un mot gentil et était aux petits soins pour nous.

Troisième mais dernière fois

C'est la troisième fois en 3 ans que je vais dans cet hôtel. Et je ne reviendrais plus. L'endroit est calme, les jardins sont bien entretenus, le personnel très agréable. MAIS le wifi fonctionne une fois sur deux et l'hygiène est plus que douteuse. De plus, mauvaise surprise le jour du départ, j'ai du payer une nuit supplémentaire. Soit disant qu'hotel.com n'avait pas pris en compte la dernière nuit. Les tarifs du restaurant sont excessifs au vu de la piètre qualité des repas. quel dommage!

Kleine aber unfeine Bungalows

Eigentlich eine nette Anlage mit etwas zu enger Bebauung. Die Sauberkeit ist allerdings absolut unzureichend! Bad sehr dreckig, der Boden wurde wohl schon sehr lange nicht gewischt. Bartreste vom Vormieter. Auch keine Reinigung während unseres Aufenthalts (11 Nächte). Kakerlaken. Küche sehr dreckig, Arbeitsfläche schmutzig. Kühlschrank stinkt schimmlig und die Kühlschranktür möchte man besser nicht anfassen. Bettwäsche schmutzig und auch nach jedem Zimmerservice (alle 3-4 Tage) haben wir wieder einen Fleck entdeckt. Handtücher schmutzig. Ein eigenes Moskitonetz kann bequem aufgehangen werden, muss aber unbedingt selbst mitgebracht werden!

Très agréable surprise

Pour notre part, nous avons atterri dans cet hôtel sans vraiment le choisir car c'était un voyage de dernière minute. C'est un hôtel très simple mais très agréable, avec une équipe SUPER gentille, toujours prête à renseigner, rendre service...géniale. Je le conseillerais sans aucun problème. Très belle plage pour les balades, mais baignade déconseillée car mer agitée à cet endroit.

Un lieu paisible dans un beau jardin

Nous avons passé 4 jours à l'Anse bleue entre amis et ce fut un moment très agréable. Un accueil chaleureux à notre arrivée. Le village est à deux pas de la magnifique plage du Diamant. Les bungalows sont spacieux, propres avec cuisine et terrasse, chacun soigneusement décoré. Les lits sont de très bonne qualité ce qui est très appréciable après une longue journée de visite.

J'adore Mon Petit Chalet

I loved my stay at L'Anse Bleue. I loved my self contained chalet; it was most comfortable with all essential amenities. The guest house was very close to the beach and a short walk to town.

Bon rapport qualité/prix

Personnel charmant, bungalows sympa et bien disposés, basiques mais confortables. À deux pas de la mer et avec une piscine très appréciable. Résidence calme et familiale. Une chaise longue sur la terrasse du bungalow, ce serait top!
