Perfect for a stay with friends or family, you will quickly be on the slopes to enjoy the pleasures of the mountains. Small but comfortable and practical, it offers you everything you need for a successful holiday, plus a balcony with views of the slopes and mountains! Come and enjoy the snow and the atmosphere of the Dévoluy!



You will find a living area with a lounge and its sofa bed, which can be converted into two single beds if needed, a television as well as a dining table and an open-plan kitchen. In the kitchen, you will have everything you need to cook, as well as an oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, 2 raclette machines and a new coffee maker that accepts Nespresso, L'or du Café, Dolce Gusto capsules and ground coffee.



You will have access to a bedroom with two single beds (90x190), then, in another small room, there is a bunk bed. A second bunk bed is located in the hallway.



A bathroom with a bathtub and a second with a shower are also available.



A free parking space is available in the outdoor car park. A ski storage room is available in the residence.
