Ideally located, 200 meters from the sandy beach menus, 10 minutes from the port and shops, 15 minutes from the TGV station (Paris Montparnasse in 3 hours).

The coastal path allows you to discover the peninsula, its many coves and small beaches
Fishing on foot, sailing school nearby, océarium and golf course
Near La Baule, the medieval town of Guérande, the salt marshes, the Brière natural park, St Nazaire with its submarine base and aeronautical yard

On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed overlooking the garden, a fitted kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, separate toilets, a garage for storing bikes, and a back kitchen with a shower and washing machine;
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with wardrobes, one with 1 bed of 160x190, one with 1 bed of 140x190 and 1 bed of 90x190, and one with 2 bunk beds of 90x190 as well as a bathroom with bath and wc
Outside, a large enclosed garden without vis-à-vis, which allows to park 2 cars
A terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.

Very nice house close to the coastal path and a short drive or cycle into Le Croisic. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable, although it would benefit from a little updating in the kitchen. The concierge was very friendly and helpful. Overall a very good stay despite some very bad weather.

Idéalement placé pour découvrir la Côte sauvage en randonnées , ou simple balades . Calme .

Vacances un jour une découverte : balades sur le littoral sauvage ,se ressourcer et détente , restaurants et crêperies excellents , cure de poissons ……très agréable coup de cœur .

schönes Haus, aber alt und abgewohnt

Das Wohnzimmer (EG) und der Garten sind schön, aber die Schlafzimmer (1. OG) sind alt und abgewohnt. Die Tapeten sind vergilbt und abgenutzt, die Teppiche sind fleckig, an den Heizkörpern blättert die Farbe ab und von den Decken hängen teilweise Spinnweben. Das Geschirr könnte auch sauberer sein, so befand sich in der Teekanne noch schimmeliger Tee, das Bügeleisen war kaputt und verursachte einen elektrischen Kurzschluss im Haus.

Maison conforme à l annonce. Calme, 1minute à pied de la plage. Jardin totalement clos idéal pour notre petite chienne. Bonne literie. Belles promenades à vélo à faire. Mention ++ à Marielle pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et ses bons tuyaux. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Très belle maison et super séjour!

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans cette propriété. La maison est conforme en tout point à l'annonce et le jardin clos est très agréable. La proximité immédiate de la plage est top avec de chouette promenade à faire .

Très bon séjour avec notre chien

Maison très bien equipee et située près d'un sentier pedestre et de la plage (interdite aux chiens). Terrain clôturé devant et derrière la maison ou les chiens sont bien accueillis. Merci à Marielle pour son accueil et les infos ainsi qu'à Anne et Philippe pour leur maison.

Retour en enfance 🥰

Maison très propre et fonctionnelle,située juste à côté de la cote sauvage ! Le côté vintage de la maison m ‘a fait m y sentir bien et revenir dans les années 80 ce que j ai malgré tout apprécié car ça m a vraiment dépaysé et rappelé plein de souvenirs ..

Maison proche de la mer, non rénovée mais en état correct, un très bon rapport qualité-prix

Nous avons passé un très bon we prolongé, la maison est bien agencée, n’a pas été rénovée mais l’état général est correct et très propre, la literie récente et le jardin très agréable.

Séjour agréable et calme

Séjour agréable et calme, très bon accueil de la concierge. Maison bien situé à deux pas de la mer et à un bon kilomètre du centre ville. Dommage, l'intérieur du pavillon est un peu viellot et à besoin d'un rafraîchissement.. la literie n'est vraiment pas bonne, les sommiers sont un peu démantibulés, manque de lattes fixes, certains pieds ne tiennent pas, nous avons dormi le matelas posé sur la moquette. Nous avons passé deux nuits. Nous serions prêts à revenir dans de bonnes conditions.
