Beautiful location

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Sellemond, the location at Lasize was perfect and affords a fantastic view. I would suggest a car in order to travel to all the nearby lake locations. The outside space was enjoyed by us all, the pool and gardens were a good sized space for the 8 adults. As there are only 2 bathrooms I would recommend for no more than 8 adults. Beds very comfortable, linens and towels very clean. There is a decent sized car port within the grounds. Oriana, our host, was brilliant and able to help with any issues. The only negatives for us were some problems with the power supply, the electric gates were not consistently working and the bathrooms could do with an upgrade. However our enjoyment of the villa was unaffected by these points. Thank you Oriana and Villa Sellemond.

Sensationelle Lage mit "Sonnenuntergangspool", super grosszügiges Haus

Pros: Das Haus ist viel grösser als es auf den Fotos aussieht. Innen sehr großzügig, hohe Decken, grosse Küche, die zwei Bäder in Voll-Marmor. Perfekte Parkmöglichkeiten auf eigenem Grundstück, Leicht erreichbar und dennoch weit genug weg vom Trubel Unglaubliche weite Sicht über den Gardasee, perfekt auch für subdowner am Pool, Aussenbereiche laden zum Verweilen ein, sogar Sauna vorhanden Sehr freundliche Kommunikation, WLAN ging nicht, neuer Router wurde sofort am nächsten Tag gebracht

Tolles Haus mit grosser Umgebung unt grossem Pool

Pros: Der Pool war das Highlight für unsere Kinder. Sie konnten von morgens früh bis abends spät baden. Die grosse Wiese ums Haus war auch toll, die Kinder konnten super spielen. Das Haus war sauber. Cons: Die Ausstatung der Küche könnte besser sein.

Einfach klasse

Das Haus bietet alles, was man benötigt, und liegt wunderschön. Der Kontakt über Oreana Verlief reibungslos und sie war immer erreichbar, wenn etwas sein sollte oder wenn Fragen aufkommen. Der Pool war fantastisch für die Kinder, wobei ein Riss in der Mauer im Herbst Winter repariert werden wird. dieser hat den Nutzen aber nicht im Weg gestanden. Wir werden die Villa auf jeden Fall noch mal buchen. Vielen Dank für alles.

Mooie lokatie, mooi huis maar is aan renovatie toe.

Pros: De ruimte die je had, grote tuin, ruim terras, groot huis en de locatie. De host was erg behulpzaam. Cons: Het eens zo mooie zwembad is dringend aan renovatie toe. Het bad had groene plekken, had scheuren, onkruid tussen de tegels. In het huis de airco in de gang die lekte en veel lawaai maakt. Ondanks de hoge prijs en kleine gebreken was het goed.

Schöne Villa in toller Lage

Pros: Die Villa ist in einem guten Zustand, alles da was man für ein paar schöne Tage benötigt. Wir waren als Familie da und werden wieder kommen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Betreuung durch Oriana, sie hat alles geregelt und uns den ganzen Aufenthalt, auch vor Anreise unterstützt! Danke nochmal dafür. Kleine Anregung: Der Pool gehört mal wieder überholt, er ist sauber und groß jedoch mit Altersflecken, für uns jedoch nicht störend.

es fehlten 2 Toiletten die im Inserat angegeben waren, die Ausstattung innen und aussen war sehr spartanisch -keine Deko, keine Blumen- Das Geschirr in der Küche war nicht ausreichend - keine müslischalen, zu wenig Schüsseln und Schalen- die Kaffeemaschine ging viiiiel zu langsam, für den vorhandenen Fön im Badezimmer passten die Anschlüsse nicht...die Bettwäsche war nicht sehr ansprechend , man könnte EINIGES verbessern..

Geweldige Villa

Fijn mooi huis in een mooie omgeving, mooi uitzicht op het meer, dichtbij een leuk stadje en supermarkt! Prachtige omheinde tuin voor de hond met een mooi zwembad! uitgebreide keukengerei en goed contact met de beheerder via de app! Perfecto we komen nog eens terug!

Fantastische Lage und eine tolle Unterkunft

Pros: Die Aussicht war die Anreise von 9 Stunden wert. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen "Ecke" und dennoch ist man sehr schnell in Lazise. Fantastischer Seeblick, komplett eingezäuntes Grundstück (das nächste Mal kommen die Hunde mit). Man fühlt sich willkommen, besonders weil Oriana nahezu jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Wer Ruhe braucht und gern im Herbst die Sauna anschmeißen möchte (die übrigens ordentlich Hitze macht), sollte sich diese Unterkunft gönnen. Wir waren 9 Personen - die Unterkunft bietet genügend Platz. Cons: Es gibt nix gravierendes zu erwähnen.

Pros: Die lage ist ja super, die Ausstattung der Villa auch. Einfach weiterzuempfehlen!
