Lake front apartment in a central and quiet area in Lazise. Private parking and free wi-fi. Area served by numerous restaurants, bars and shops. Consisting of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a large living room with lake view, fully equipped kitchen. Overlooking a private garden, with lake view.
Also ideal accommodation for families. Possibility of bike storage.

Leider war die Wohnung nicht sauber. Der Boden war sehr staubig, in den Ecken waren Spinnen. Kühlschrank war auch verschmutzt.Die Lage der Wohnung ist aber top.

L'appartamento è decisamente molto comodo e confortevole, la vicinanza al centro ed il parcheggio riservato sono sicuramente dei plus da considerare.Fabio, il proprietario è una persona molto cordiale e disponibile. L'appartamento offriva anche una vista lago decisamente bella ed apprezzata.La pulizia secondo andrebbe curata maggiormente.Grazie del soggiorno.

Das Appartment liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße mit Seeblick. Des Nachts wird die Straße von lauten Nachtschwärmern genutzt, die zurück in ihre Unterkünfte wollen. In den meisten Zimmern sind die Fenster einfachverglast und undicht. Störende Geräusche bei Wind! Die Fotos im Internetauftritt geben den tatsächlichen Zustand der Wohnung nicht wieder. Aktuell haben wir Schimmelbefall im Bad und einem der beiden Schlafzimmer gehabt. In der Küche gibt es lediglich eine Steckdose für alle Küchengeräte. Der Backofen ist defekt. Trotz WLAN ist nur eine geringe Übertragungsrate verfügbar. Wir raten von dieser Ferienwohnung ab!
