I had an excellent stay. The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely fun to speak with. The night crew especially stood out—the security guard and a young woman who had recently joined the team were extremely helpful and patient, even letting me talk their ears off. “OG” from housekeeping was also fantastic: candid, funny, and a pleasure to speak with. When a temporary third-party payment issue came up, the team was understanding while it was quickly resolved. My interactions with the broader Comanche Nation community have been equally positive. I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for, and that made my stay memorable.

This property is next to the casino. The pool is closed and so is the restaurant. It smells like mildew. Security staff was great but no one was at the front desk at night. The phone kept ringing. The bed was comfortable and the room was excellently air conditioned.

Classy older hotel. I use to go to Vegas many years ago and it gave off Union Plaza and Showboat vibes. They were doing some renovation, so there was some minor inconvenience i.e. no ice machine on our floor 2nd floor, but you could see where that area was under construction. Indoor pool was under renovation as well , however the out door pool was open and HUGE! overall property was clean, rooms were well maintained and the staff was friendly. Breakfast is served and tasty and hot. Another thing that may interest visitors, is that the hotel gives off a supernatural feel. Think The Overlook from the Shinning. We loved it, and personally we think the hotel should advertise that element. Great stay overall.
