The home was overall clean other than needing a little bit of pest control (large black ants and a singular palmetto bug, nothing crazy). The dock was really nice but the ladder on it was not in good shape so we weren’t comfortable using it. The mattress we slept on was better than our mattress at home. The communication with the owner was fast and she was quick to respond.
