The private gardens face the lake and come with BBQ and alfresco dining a hammock and a stunning pool all set within beautiful floral gardens. The sincere welcoming atmosphere gives a special homely setting making it easy to relax and unwind while taking in the special views over the lake. Private boat hire is only 15 minutes by car.

## Access

A Private road which leads directly to an electric gate and the private entrance. Space for three cars / two spaces which are under a car port. The property is completely private. A path with hand railing leads to the villa. Automated lighting lights the way to this amazing villa. Suitable for families and the pool comes with a child safety turtle for extra care.

## Interaction

Capitol Lifestyle Villas welcomes all guests with VIP treatment. A full villa tour will be carried out on arrival and assistance is provided for the duration of the vacation. A seasonal complimentary buffet is also provided. The villa is walkable distance to the quaint little hamlet of Cerro offering cafes, restaurants, play park, International Ceramic museum and a beautiful lake side walk. The Santa Caterina Monastery is a short distance away along with the car ferry port a short 10 mins drive this runs every 20 mins to Piemonte. Other local attractions include La Rocca castle, Varese city known for its stunning gardens and overall an Ideal base for exploring the territory around the lake. The famous Borromean Islands are easy accessible and private tours and charter boats are available on request. Wonderful biking trails, nature, unesco sites and stunning villages and towns are all within easy reach. Wonderful golf courses are within easy reach and CLV can arrange all visits and requirements.
