How you react when you checked in and ask for internet password and staff tell you there is no internet in the hotel and the only way to InTouch with your loved one is wait for next morning or go back to the airport to get package airport 25 k cost you 35 $. next surprise when you inter the room cracked floor no water 12-inch tv with frosty picture and bathroom full of cockroaches' lizard's fly's mosquito. Whole night people in next room walk around in their room making noise fell like someone in your room, when complaint nothing done .SO I HAVE TO MOVE OUT AND LOOSE MONEY. When contact Expedia NO HELP.NO MORE EXPEDIA, whey does not check how can be so wrongly advertised.

There was no one there to check in, tried to scam me into paying them for my stay when I had paid Expedia in full. The air conditioning control didn’t work, the tv didn’t work, the refrigerator didn’t work, the deck door wouldn’t open and glass was broken in one corner, the bedside light didn’t work was no outlet to plug in. A roach in the shower and only one towel. View from door trash and garbage in the alley. View from deck razor wire and roof. This is a 0 star place not a 3 star. I feel you have failed us with your rating!!
