スタッフがとても気さくで到着時しっかりとホテルの説明をしてくれました。 床が木で出来ていて、明るく可愛らしい清潔感のあるお部屋で、広くはありませんがバルコニーに出ると鳥の声が大音量で聞こえてきて(いい意味で)スイスにいる！と感じられる素敵なホテルでした。 Wengenに行く際はまた宿泊したいです。

素敵な滞在になりました
駅から若干離れるもののホテルの前に小さい公園もあったり子連れには過ごしやすい環境でした。シャワーオンリーでしたが快適でした。 夕食付きにしました。塩辛いものもありましたが、スイスの物価からすれば格安で、きちんとしたコース料理が出て、美味しかったです。

景観と静かさがありがたい
ウェンゲンでも街はずれなので静かさは一層で良い。ユングフラウが良く見えて感激で見ているだけで飽きない。スタッフも親切でよい。

近くの道からの眺めが最高！
部屋からの景色がつまらない側であっても、ホテルからすぐの道からラウターブルンネンタールに切れ落ちるブライトホルンを中心とした眺めが最高です。ホテル自体もセンス、サービスともに素晴らしい。駅から下る道が少し遠く感じたが、街自体小さいのでたいして気にならなかった。帰りは駅まで当然のぼりだが、それも苦にならなかった。歩くのがしんどい人には不便？

従業員方がとても親切なホテル
1泊しかしませんでしたが、スタッフの方が親切でした。部屋も清潔で気持ちがよかったです。朝天気が悪かったので予定通りにシルトホルンに行こうかどうか迷っていたところ、天気予報を調べてくれたり、別のルートを検討してくれたり、とても親切でした。結局、上は雪で視界もゼロだったので、登るのはやめ、紹介してもらったルートを回りました。とても良い景色で感激しました。

Edelweiss is a great Hotel. The staff are super friendly and made us feel warmly welcome. Excellent linens, impeccably clean, nice community areas. Thomas who greeted us upon arriving is a great ambassador for Wengen and the Burnese Highlands.

The location is good, stay in the mid of the mountain, have a good view of the village and the mountains. All staff are very kind, very nice experience.

Beautiful and Charming Place
Friendly and accommodating staff, I was late booking our dinner but get accomodated, good food. Small but charming, beautiful and sustainable vegetable garden. Rooms are small so is the bathroom, XL size person may have challenges using the bathroom. I understand that these type of accomodation caters for hikers so our room have hiker's feet smell which you get used after a while.

Hotel Edelweiss in Wengen, is an exceptional choice due to the people who work there. Daniel and Tomas lead the way but the restaurant chef, his staff, and the other employees will quickly become your new best friends while you stay there. The evening meals were culinary delights and the breakfast fare was perfect to start the day.

Feeling like your on top of the world
Wonderful location with beautiful views of mountains. Wonderful hosts. Really enjoyed the wine, cheese, and Swiss history evening. You can also reserve a table for dinner at the hotel restaurant (highly recommended).

Pros- amazing staff, incredible views, good breakfast, very clean, excellent location not far from train station. Cons - our room had a very small bathroom and didn’t find bed comfortable. Overall though a fantastic place to stay while in Wengen.

This property is in good location, room is clean, staff is nice and helpful. I like the elevator, very fast! Facility in the room is limited. It only has type E power outlet. Thanks the staff gave me the type C adapter, but still not work very well. The pillow is too soft and low, we’ll have to add cushion below the pillow.

We loved our stay. Our view was incredible from our balcony. The breakfast was so good. The shower was so hot and felt fantastic after a long day. We would definitely come back because of the great service and care we received from the staff. I lost my purse and the staff was incredibly gracious and went out of there way to help us try to find it.

A fantastic stay! Great location, great food and both hosts took the time to give us sightseeing and dining recommendations which worked out perfectly. I can’t say enough on great the service was and the breakfast and dinners were great.

This hotel is run by an exceptional team who makes you feel like family. Very helpful, attentive and considerate of your needs. Family-owned, the staff really made for a most pleasant stay. We could not recommend more highly, and the location is convenient to the town of Wengen and to many trains and cable cars connecting you to both sides of the valley. Outstanding food service for breakfast and dinner; wonderful chef. Go.

Perfect stay in Wengen
We had such a wonderful stay here. Each staff member we interacted with was wonderful. We ate two dinners, both of which were excellent, and enjoyed the hotel breakfast every morning. They were also great about providing vegetarian and alternative offerings to the main course. I was glad I booked a balcony room. The views from our balcony were excellent. Already dreaming of returning and staying at Hotel Edelweiss again.

We loved our stay at the Hotel Edelweiss! The staff was the best we experienced in our 7 country European trip. Lovely location, very clean, great breakfast, and spectacular views. Definitely recommend!

호텔의 시설이 깔끔하며 조식을 먹는 장소의 분위기와 음식이 좋았습니다. 직원분들도 친절하게 응대해주셔서 편안하게 머물수 있었습니다. 호텔이 있는 장소의 분위기가 조용하고 아기자기하여 좋았습니다. 단지 기차역보다 지대가 낮은 곳에 위치하여 캐리어를 가지고 내려가는 것은 괜찮았으나 체크아웃후 기차역까지 짐을 가지고 올라가기 힘들 것같아 택시를 불러달라고 부탁하여 이용하였습니다. 비용은 적절하다고 생각하였고 편안하게 역으로 이동할 수 있어서 좋았습니다.

I stayed in this amazing hotel in August 2023. Don't be fooled by the pictures. The hotel may look old and rustic in the picture. But in reality, the interior is really nice and clean. It's very close to the train station, but it's a fairly steep walk. Coming out of the hotel and take a right, you will have an amazing view of the snow capped mountains and the valley. I was traveling with my parents so we stayed in a triple room. The room seemed basic at first glance, but it's actually built to a high quality and built to last. Everything works and the room is spacious and highly functional. We also had dinners at the hotel for all 3 nights. The food was great and very reasonably priced. The best part of the stay are the people. Everyone we met has been very kind and super helpful. Thank you, Daniel, Tomas, Claudia, Pedro, Matthias and the rest of the Hotel Edelweiss team for a wonderful stay!

Highly recommend!
This hotel is very clean and the staff are all so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the location is gorgeous with views of the valley and mountains right from the front yard. We hope to be back one day!
