Yes, one of our staff members did call out to (not shout at) you, as you were about to walk through an adequately signaged Gaming Room with minors, to say you couldn't go through that area and to come around to the bar were we could then direct you to our reception area. There are two entrances into the bar area, one from the main street and one from the rear car park, not one as stated in your review. It was also explained to you when you said the foyer door should be unlocked that due to Covid-19 restrictions and the need to get all patrons to sign/check in that that is why only two main doors are accessible at the present time. I apologise that you felt staff simply doing their job was rude and unhelpful.
