Dear Ken, Thank you for your stay in previous years. Since your last visit, we have undergone a change of management and total refurbishment. Our dormitory rooms are now cheaper at $25.00 per person, per night inclusive of linen, pillows, blankets and towels. This is to ensure convenience, and value for money. We hope to welcome you again in the future.

Hi Abbie, I'm sorry the light was not working the problem was with the switch, which was intermittent, I can assure you it has now been fixed

We have a spare blanket and pillow in the wardrobe and reverse cycle, in future please raise it with staff, we are here to help

Sorry to hear that the noise was an issue, we have been fully booked for the last month and unfortunatly that means a lot of people in the hotel.
