Step outside and discover the wonders of Cataract Gorge right at your doorstep. Here, you can enjoy leisurely walks, refreshing swims in freshwater basins, and exhilarating rides on the world's longest single-span chairlift. Keep an eye out for the vibrant peacocks roaming the area! For a unique perspective, hop aboard the Tamar Cruise vessel and sail through the majestic rocky formations. FREE TIGER BUS: The bus travels around the city. There are bus stops located nearby outside Princes Square Park and the Launceston General Hospital. INTERCITY BUS SERVICE: Tasmania has you covered with a variety of intercity bus services to make your city-to-city travels a breeze. If you're in the North West region, which includes Burnie, Wynyard, Devonport, and more take a peek at the 'MerseyLink' bus service website for their timetables. If you're heading to or from Launceston and the southern spots like Hobart, make sure to swing by the 'Kinetic' website. Please note that 'Kinetic' has you covered for some routes to and from Devonport as well.
