「It was a great spot to experience the quiet river and surrounding mountains in northern Iceland. Our tent was well equipped and nicely decorated. The electric heater warmed us up nicely. It was a quiet spot with clean facilities. We also enjoyed breakfast on the property. 」

「This location was everything we wanted. The view is beautiful. We were able to access the city and be separate. The property had parking and lights that could be turned off and on a timer (which was cool) and we even ended up finding that there were sheep on the property! Thanks for letting us stay!」

We basically had the most beautiful 2-bedroom house to ourselves and the cost was unbelievably cheap. 「The Langvatan Guesthouse was the nicest stay so far during our past 8 days in Iceland. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. The common dining area was very cozy and warm. The washrooms were spacious and clean. The rooms were simple and small, but that's all you really need at night. The breakfast was DELICIOUS! So many options to choose from.
