We stayed two nights and it was a great stay. Room and ensuite were very good. Bed was comfortable and room was warm. Convenient to Godafoss waterfall and Akureyri. Good restaurant on site.

This is a great place to stay. Room had good amenities (even if some, like kettle, was shared), comfy bed, very accommodating staff and very good dinners. The only issue with this location was that it was 14 miles along a dirt road from the main highway - most of the road was in good shape but the first few miles were pretty rough - certainly made the car very dirty!!

Spacious rooms with clean facilities and cute but also informational art about icelandic culture. This location offered many on-sight amenities like tea kettles, microwaves, dishes, silverware, towels, and a common area. Really great stay for those needing or wanting to stay in between husavik and akureyri. Staff was extremely helpful as well when we were running late for our check in, all we had to do was message them and let them know we were running late and they sent us access instructions. Would definitely stay here again.

The best value place I stayed in Iceland, nice buffet breakfast included in the price which is unusual for the basic accommodation in Iceland. As with everything at this kind of price in Iceland you need good earplugs. Good location for tackling F26 the next day.
