「Lovely location and good chalet. Just needs a bit of focus -dishwasher doesn’t work as jets completely chalked up. No towels or bedding in one of the bedrooms on arrival, although did fiz this quickly the next day after it was reported. Excruciating when the whole evening when you’re sat in the living area, the floor above scrape chairs across the floor making your ceiling shudder. Perhaps a bit of felt under the chairs legs?」

「We enjoyed our stay in Lauterbrunnen. While the town itself was very busy the central location of Lauterbrunnen allowed us to quickly escape the hustle and bustle and explore the surrounding mountains. The home had everything we needed. For us as international travellers it would have been helpful to have some instructions on the laundry machines and oven, as the symbols were different. All in all a wonderful stay. 」

「Cannot give anything else other than 5 stars purely for the location. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds although the doubles were 2 camp beds pushed together. Nice cabin feel but could do with being updated. TV was too small but the view outside made up for this. WiFi was good with no dropping out at all. Bathrooms were dated but the water was hot and the showers were very powerful, Towels were not adequate for a weeks stay, one medium bath towel and one hand towel per person, we...

「We were a group of 8 adults visiting Interlaken and were very pleased with our stay at the Jungfrau Family Home. We found the accommodations very comfortable and the kitchen was a good size for having meals with a large group. We found the location of the home to be quite good and we were able to walk to restaurants, stores and transportation. We would be more than happy to return when we come back to Interlaken. 」

「We were a group of 9- multi- generational with ages 8 to 70. This home was very family- friendly with lots of spaces to spread out, and a large dining table for gathering for meals. It is a bit of a hike to get there, including 60 steps, but quiet and in a lovely setting with a great view of the Jungfrau from the balcony and back terrace. The kitchen is on the lower level and the large dining table one floor up, so we were up and down multiple times per day preparing for meals. The bedrooms were...

「Sehr gut eingerichtetes Chalet mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf die Bergkulisse.」

「Die Bilder im Internet sind veraltet, denn ganz offensichtlich wurde die Wohnung modernisiert. Leider passen die zusammengewuerfelten und unmodernen Möbel gar nicht dazu. Die Küche ist in ihrer Einrichtung grenzwertig. Im Internet stand, dass es kein WLAN gibt, aber das gab es doch! Ansonsten war es schon OK, die Aussicht reißt es natürlich raus.」

シャワーヘッド以外は百点

"駅から50メートル程度と立地は抜群。部屋も清潔で広く3泊も快適に過ごせた。日本人が多いと聞いていたが、Grindelwald 自体もチューリッヒからの道中でも日本人とは一人も会わず。一方で韓国の若いカップルや中高年の旅行者が多かった。そのぶん、朝食会場はにぎやかでした。唯一問題は、シャワーヘッドからのお湯漏れが酷く、折角のシャワーの湯量の三分の一が、外に吹き出し床が濡れた。"

"Grindelwald Terminal駅を降りてすぐの便利なホテルです。簡素な内装ですが、窓からのアイガーの景色は圧巻。泊まった部屋はダブルベッドと二段ベッドがあり、4人で割ればリーズナブル。部屋の設備は最低限ですが、共用の電子レンジなどがあります。ハム、チーズ、パン、サラダ等のバイキング形式の朝食がついていて、素朴ながら美味しかったです。"

"The hotel has a great view, is on a hill, and is quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I appreciate that coffee and tea are available 24 hours a day in the lobby lounge. However, it is a 10-15 minute walk uphill from Wengen station, so while it's not a problem for people with good legs, it was difficult for elderly people like us. It was great that they provided a free shuttle to the station to take suitcases and other items to and from the hotel. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again."

"設備は古いが清潔でした。冷蔵庫内が無料なのが良かった。五つ星だったので期待大でしたが他都市の四つ星、三つ星ホテルとさほど違いが無かったのが残念。そして、とにかく値段が高かった。"
