モノレールの駅が近い。コンベンションセンターに近い。と言う事で泊まってみました。 ラスベガスのホテルはまぁこんな感じかなと思います。 部屋にポットやグラスなどはありません。もちろんサービスの水もなし。 Wi-Fiが非常に繋がりづらくちょっと困りました。 モノレールの駅が近いのはめちゃくちゃ便利でした！

初ラスベガスで約一週間の滞在だったが、チェックインの時のスタッフが気さくで安心できた。その後もフロントで見かけるとピースしてくれたり、手を振ってくれたりした。とても居心地がよかった。

全体的に古くカジノもそんなには大きくないですが、普通に泊まる分には問題ないと思います。 ただ、気になる点が2つ。 チェックイン・チェックアウトに異様に時間がかかります。アメリカですので元々1人あたりの処理に時間はかかる方ですが、チェックインタイムの際はチェックインだけで1時間以上かかっていました。受付とは別にチェックイン機械もありますが3台のうち1台しか稼働しておらず、その1台も不具合で半分以上の人がチェックインできず結局受付への行列に並んでました。時間帯にもよるかもしれませんが、チェックアウトの際は3代とも止まってました。私のチェックアウトは早朝だったため4組しか並んでいませんでしたがそれでも20分かかります。 また、古いからか、部屋の洗面台の蛇口が奥まっており、小柄な日本人はかなり前かがみになります。 個人的にはもう泊まりたくありません。

The problems I had were a dog barking all night and day and dog poop outside my door! I reported it and it took two plus hours to clean it up. To only one day resort fee off. Other then that it was great!

Very nice place but I wish the hotel had a restaurant or cafe for a casual breakfast lunch and dinner but Benihana restaurant was excellent!!!

We were able to get a room last minute, which was nice. However, while the room was one of the least expensive ones we could find for the night at the last minute, it was still over-priced with the quality of the room. There were lights out over the sink area (difficult to get ready) and it was very obvious that the room hadn't been vacuumed in quite sometime. I stayed at the hotel 20 years ago and the rooms were in much better condition.

We upgraded to room with a refrigerator but the refrigerator didn’t work. Despite our reporting it, nothing was done during our stay. They didn’t even look at it until about an hour before we checked out and they didn’t want to refund us for the upgrade. The casting feature being advertised on the TV didn’t work. We reported that and were told a technician would come but he didn’t come until we were checking out. He said the feature hadn’t worked at all in hotel for 2 years. Also, the TV kept coming on by itself every 10 minutes. We got no sleep on the last night but they wouldn’t change our room. We were there celebrating my wife’s birthday and I tried to have flowers waiting in the room when we arrived but they have no concierge service. Never staying there again.

The room I was put in … I paid extra when I booked for n upgraded room was right next door to staff facilities and that door slammed all day and night. Not a very good sleep considering that all I heard. Room 872. Not really impressed to be honest.

on 5/13/2024 I left my car parked in the parking lot and when I came back to to my car I notice a lot of things missing and that’s when I noticed I got robbed and security was never around

This property is a hidden gem, I’ve been to Vegas at least 100 times, never paid attention to this property, but the prices are great, hotel staff is excellent, the steakhouse has tremendous, second to none service and the food was great as well! Do not let them talk you into the timeshare presentation, they are some rude, unprofessional time share people I’ve ever been around!

Keys didn't work, cleaning lady suggested that there was still someone in the room, headed back down to lobby and was escorted by security back to the room. Security was able to open the door, turns out both keys provided were defective. Toilet clogged and overflowed, went down to lobby to request assistance, was told to head back up and wait in room, waited half an hour, no one showed up. Proceeded to call guest service twice, someone finally showed up 1.5 hour later. When everything was cleaned up, it was already 5am, there goes a day of my stay. I stayed at this hotel 4 times, this was probably my last.
