Amazing stay
We rented this house with another family and it was perfect. Plenty of rooms and beds. The master bedroom is spacious and so comfortable. The sheets were amazingly soft and comfortable. The pool is a rare treat with the diving board and deep end. The hot tub was great too! The gazebo is perfect for hanging outside. We used the grill and that was so convenient. Overall would 100% recommend!

First trip to Nevada!!!
I’ve never had a property owner contact us directly and ask if everything was ok. Eddie gave us recommendations on what to do and what to see. The house is gorgeous and the kids said it was the most beautiful view they’ve ever seen while watching the sunset on the second story deck. The pool got a lot of use as well! Highly, highly recommend!

Great for our family
Our hosts checked on us early and were responsive to messages. The home was clean and well equipped with all the necessary things. The candy bars were a fun surprise for the kids. The pool table, board games and cornhole were nice for family entertainment. There were plenty of towels for the pool. The pool and spa were wonderful! Plenty of paper towels and toilet paper. (Maybe its just us, but we always have to buy more than what's in the house. Not this time.) The sofa in the living room was broken on one side. It wasn't a super big deal but it did surpriseme when I leaned against it. We would stay again.

Quiet TIme Required by Guests, Not Property Owner
We had a two night stay with my family, including young kids. We selected this property due to the heated pool and spa. Before we departed we had at least 4 reminders about quiet time from 10am - 10pm. Absolutely no hot tub or pool use before or after those hours. or Henderson could result in $1,000 fine. So after a very late Friday night in Vegas, we all agreed to sleep in, do a late breakfast and wait until 10am for the kids to swim before we packed up and left. At 8:15am my daughter and young kids were awakened out sire her window with leaf blowers and yard edgers. Are you kidding me? We were blasted with notices about quiet time and yet were awakened almost two hours before 10am. Very disappointed. My wife, who also suffers from insomnia was furious. Seems very hypocritical to me!!!!

Excellent Stay.. but the advertised rate was incorrect
We loved the home and the property ! Unfortunately the price illustrated on VRBO was not the price put thru on my credit card. Put a few call to VRBO said they were looking into it ... they couldn't be bothered to call us back.

Family Trip
We had a great experience with Eddie and Michelle the property managers throughout. From booking to check out they were helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend for families looking to enjoy a safe and clean vegas experience. Close to everything but felt like home.

WAY beyond expectations
Wow - this was a fantastic place to stay. The location is perfect - close to the airport and we were in a soccer tournament that was at Silverbowl Park and the location was perfect for that too. The pool and hot tub were a total dream - especially for sore legs - and the place is huge. Even with 10 of us there it did not seem crowded in the least and the hot water made it through all of our showers without trouble. Having 3 full showers was really nice for us. Communication with the owners was immediate and nice - they even let us have early arrival which was so great since we flew in early. I can't say enough about this one - the team is already planning to try to stay there again for future tournaments! This is a great place!

Perfect for a family
the property was perfect for our family. the pool is wonderful and safely fenced. there is a park within a few blocks. the location was within easy driving distance from any activities we wanted to do. the hosts were very accommodating with a crib, high chair, Pack n Play, etc.

Wonderful home
This house was everything the listing stated and more!! It was the perfect place for our family, ranging in ages 0-52, to stay for a few days. The heated pool and spa was a huge hit. It’s just a short drive to the strip and has easy freeway access. The hosts were wonderful to work with and quick to respond to questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful getaway!
Everything we needed was there at the home. It was a great home, neighborhood and area. We felt safe! My only complaint is more a warning to all who stay...the floors are very very slippery when your feet are wet from the pool! the patio just outside of the back door is very slick when wet. Eddie and Michelle were fantastic to work with when we had questions! Thank you for a really great week!

Family Reunion
Our family came together for the first time in two years to celebrate Christmas and we rented this home as our meet up spot. It was really easy to check in and get everything prepped for our stay. It was cold so we didn’t use the outside as much as we would have liked but other than that everything worked out perfectly The downstairs bedroom was perfect for the grandparents who are in walkers. The house had lots of games and activities to play which kept everyone occupied. Thanks so much for providing such a nice rental for our time together

Great getaway
We stayed for a little over 3 weeks at this property as a cold escape mechanism and very much enjoyed our time there. The heated pool and spa got a serious workout along with the outdoor grill. Everything functioned perfectly and we had zero issues. Eddie & Michelle were excellent hosts! Checked in on us periodically but not being intrusive Very nice stay with just the right amount of charm. Clean sheets, hardwood and tile floors, blackjack table, and a jar full of great candy bars! We will be returning!

The perfect house!
This house was perfect for a group of nine of us to celebrate my birthday! It had the right amount of space for all of us to be together yet have our own individual time as well. The pool was fantastic, the hot tub was great, we played pool upstairs, we played 21 downstairs, the couches were amazing, and we had the perfect amount of beds for everybody. The only bummer the whole time was the strict 10 PM no pool or outside access. You have to know going into it that they treat the pool closures as if it were in a hotel, when they say the pool is closed they mean the pool is closed! People are very quick to tattle on you in the neighborhood. But other than that, this was the perfect house which was followed up by the perfect weekend overall. Excellent communication from the host and the amenities were spot on. Book with confidence with this house!

The house was very spacious and comfortable. Host were stayed in contact to make sure everything was going smoothly. Only down side is city ordinances. Rules should probably be posted on the site when checking the property out.

Girl's Getaway
Property had everything we needed. Love the setup of games throughout the house. The rooms were very roomy. Grocery shopping was only 5 minutes away. Really enjoyed the pool. Only downside is upstairs stayed hot... Seem like the air was not getting through. But it was extremely Hot this weekend. Overall I would recommend this property to anyone with a big party. Even though we had a party of 12 it was still room to spread out..... We definitely use this house again.

More than we expected!
Quite a relief to know I was able to accommodate 9 people comfortably, everything was easy to find/ use in the home. Spent most of our time in the living room and pool/ patio. Wish there was more seating in the living room but we ended up either swimming or going out a lot of the days we spent there. Overall I’d recommend for groups of 10 or smaller.

Best Hosts Ever
This property was comfortable and accommodating. We loved having the pool and BBQ. The hosts were some of the best we’ve ever experienced. They had snacks around the house upon our arrival. They had security surveillance outside and we had our boats with us and this gave us peace of mind. They allowed us to stay for a late checkout. The owner was always quick to respond and readily available! Eddie you guys are awesome!

The home was even better than we had expected. The neighborhood and the neighbors where very nice and welcoming. The home was very clean and smell amazing there were snack stations throughout the home and a welcoming book by the front entrance that tells you everything you need to know about the home.
