Book it but save a space for us!
This was a great deal! Joe and his team were responsive and communicative during the booking and again, when our vacation approached. The place is tidy. Spacious bathroom. Nice tub. Strong ac. Comfy bed. Amenities such as cups and microwave and stuff as needed. We had a great time and as a new vrbo user, i was not sure what to expect. More than pleased and hope to book with Joe when we come back with friends!

Great Stay
This unit is a good size for two people. It was clean, quiet, and as described. I really like staying in the MGM Signature because it's just off the strip, so a little quieter, but still has easy access to the strip. Free valet and access to the MGM Grand pool, plus the Signature pools is great. I would stay in this unit again.

Las Vegas MGM Signature Studio
1) There was a wine opener but no wine glasses. 2) Furniture is dated and not in the best of shape 3) The bed lamp closest to the bathroom is broken, the socket is loose and the light just flickers when it is turned on. 4) The bed lamp on the other side wasn’t plugged in, but when I plugged it in, it works the same way - very intermittently, the socket that holds the bulb is broken. 5)The on/off switch for the lamp on the table doesn’t work so the only way to turn it on and off is to unplug it. 6) No USB ports for charging devices. 7) When inspecting the bedding we noticed the mattress is torn, it’s on the side furthest away from the bathroom near the headboard, but bed was comfortable. 8) The clock/speaker on the night stand was unplugged so I moved the nightstand and plugged it in. After playing around with it for 15 minutes or so, I finally gave up. Whatever it is/does is not worth the effort. I left it unplugged. 9) As we were sitting on the couch watching tv, the light above the couch would periodically go from dim to bright, then back to dim. 10) The tv remote is difficult to use. Can't control the volume, even had trouble turning it on and off. I thought maybe the batteries needed to be changed but there are no batteries. 11) Refrigerator shelves don't slide out which makes it very difficult to maximize use and there is no freezer 12) Location was very good/convenient. 13) Limited utensils, pots/pans/etc... 14) Almost every light/lamp in the studio needs repair.

Loved our stay here. The owners were so thorough in their communication, got back to us immediately when we asked questions and were very helpful. The unit was great! Basics like pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Clean, comfortable and had a lovely view. Easy access for those who want to go to the strip yet a calm lobby & easy going check in unlike most big hotels and no resort fees! Everyone working there was very kind. We will definitely stay there again!

Quite perfect
I'd stay again. 10 minute ride from the airport. Front desk and greeters we're all accommodating and helpful. 19th floor view of the strip and mountains way in the background. King bed, great sofa, dining table. Large bathroom with instant hot water.. just a plus I think. Galley kitchen with all you need. The fridge doesn't have a freezer but we didn't need that. Ice machine by the elevators... Never ran out. We ordered grocery delivery to arrive about the time we'd arrive. It's important that you be there because the desk won't accept delivered groceries (we didn't know) due to claims of missing product.. Makes sense just a heads up. I really liked that there's an elevated hallway to the MGM/monorail. No walking the street to get there. From there the monorail heads north behind the strip so your a block away from anything anywhere. Very cool set up

Very nice room, great location and good communication.
Excellent communication from the owners. Very friendly. Check in was smooth and the room was very nicely appointed. Great location to everything you need on the strip. Due to the F1 construction, it was problematic getting into the entrance (significant traffic) but that is temporary as the street race will happen in mid-November and everything should go back to normal - All resorts on the corridor are experiencing this. Overall, I would recommend. Thanks.

Awesome location, great amenities!
Stayed for 5 nights and loved it! Felt luxurious and upscale, but without the outrageous prices of other properties on the strip. Location is just a short walk to main MGM Grand via covered/enclosed and air conditioned walkway. Going in the other direction, it is just another short walk to Harmon Ave/Hilton Elara/Miracle Mile Shops/Planet Hollywood. Loved access to the Signature’s exclusive pools which were large, nice, relaxing, and a great place to chill out in a quiet non-crowded area. But staying here also gives you full access to the MGM Grand pool complex with lazy river. Best of both worlds! The unit was as pictured with great amenities - kitchenette, jacuzzi tub, glass enclosed shower, desk/dining table, sofa bed, and linens. Property security is great and felt safe staying here. Uber/Lyft pick up spot is conveniently located between towers 1 and 2. Starbucks on site. Owner was so friendly and touched base before/during/after - although we didn’t have any problems and didn’t have to contact him for anything. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and definitely will be recommending to friends and family. Reserve yours now! You won’t regret it.

Highly recommend
Everything was as advertised, except one thing. It was an easy 5 minute walk to monorail and MGM Grand casino. Anywhere else was easy to get to from there. The unit was spotlessly clean and everything we needed for our week long stay. (The mini fridge did not have a freezer, so be prepared for that.). Ice was easily accessible just down the hall across from the elevators. Joe and Debora were easily reachable and responsive The one thing that was different- we got there at 2:00 pm expecting to leave our luggage and walk a bit before getting in at 4:00. The front desk volunteered that it was clean and ready and said we could go on up.

Our Stay at MGM Signature
Very nice accommodations. I love the free valet parking and the close access to the strip. We also walked over the skybridge to the MGM Grand to take the monorail to our convention site. Wonderful Location in Las Vegas!
This property is in a great location walking distance to the strip but far enough away to maintain peace and quiet. The property is gated with 24hour attendant. The best part is the property is connected to the MGM casino/restaurants. Very convenient! The overall room was clean and had amenities that you would need on a quick trip. I will definitely rebook during the summer.

Great location- easy access for the monorail and uber pick ups. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, soaker tub was nice after long days of walking. Quick elevator ride up to a safe and quiet space. Check in was easy and our host made sure everything was just right for our stay. Will try to book again in the future.

This location was great! Close to the strip but still private. The access to all of the pools was amazing. Didn't know you had to bring your own raft for the lazy river - pack one from home or pay $30-$35 for one from mgm. Very clean and perfect for us. Great communication from Joe & Debora. Thank you!

The rooms were a nice size, my stay was for 12 days and I was able to wash before I left.
My experience in renting the property was great. Always kept me informed from beginning to the end of my stay. It would have been helpful if we would have know that valet parking closed for the tower I stayed in at a certain time. Parking was available at the MGM Grand parking lot but it was all after the fact. Other then that I highly recommend staying again Thanks

Great for families
This place was great for our family! Our kids loved looking out the windows at the hotel view and lights. The small kitchen was great and had all the items we needed to prepare some food for our kids. The TV remote wouldn’t change channels and the internet sometimes came in and out. We loved that it wasn’t a casino so it was easy for our kids to go from the car to the elevator to the room. Very family friendly. We would stay there again!

Large apartment in a great location.
Upon our booking we recieved terrific communication from Joe. The apartment has all you need including kitchenette and large bathroom. Use of the free laundry (as an owners unit) and gym added value to our booking. Highly recommended for families or travelling couples looking for a long stay.

We have stayed at MGM several times. We found the Signature Tower 1 to be much more convenient, closer to the pool and very quiet. The owners of the unit are amazing. They were fast to respond and gave detailed instructions upon arrival. The unit was big and well stocked (a nice change from the shoe box hotel rooms at MGM). We loved having the fridge and place to store our snacks. We'd definitely recommend this unit and hope to return to it next time we visit!

Great spot and convenient location
We had a great time at this place. It was clean and well stocked and at a fantastic location with access to the MGM lazy river pool and a large fitness center. It was also just across the street from Wet Republic day club, which definitely is the easiest walk back from a day party you could ask for. Finally, Joe and his team were very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful Unit
We loved our stay here! Our unit was beautifully decorated and spacious. It had everything we needed and plenty of room for 3 women with a lot of clothes, shoes and makeup. The bathroom is huge with a separate shower and jetted tub so there was plenty of room for the 3 of us to get ready each day. Very comfortable king size bed and a pull out sofa. We had groceries delivered on our first night from Vons as there is a very good size mini fridge and a stove top. Signature suites is my favorite place to stay when in Vegas. The location is the best with easy access to the MGM Grand and New York New York. MGM Grand has the Monorail station that takes you to all of the other Casinos up and down the strip. We paid $30.00 for a 3 day pass bought online and it is so worth it. The private pool at Signature Suites for only guests is great. There are 2 adult pools and then a separate one for families which was really nice as we were on a girls weekend and preferred the adult pool. We also had access to use the big pool at MGM Grand which has the lazy river as guest at Signature Suites. Inside the lobby of tower one where Joe's unit is located is a Starbucks and The Lounge where they have great food and a lot of TV's playing different sports games. Was a great place to hang out on Sunday and watch my Seahawks. $6.50 mimosas and bloody Marys on Saturdays and Sundays and they were awesome!!! I had tried bloody Marys at a bunch of the different restaurants as this is my favorite drink and the ones at The Lounge for $6.50 was the best one I had all week!!! All in all can't wait to visit again and will definately be in touch with Joe to rent his unit again!! Thank you for your hospitality and we plan to see you again soon!

We rented 3 of Joe's condo. They were all beautiful. We were on the 9th, 16th and 19th floor.
Bed is extremely comfortable. We had a balcony on the 16th floor and the view was wonderful. Everything worked well. We quickly called it home when talking to our kids about it. Lots of room. Spa tub was spacious. Will definitely try to rent it again.

This suite was exceptional. Quiet, convenient and lots of extras. The jetted tub was oh so relaxing , the bed very comfortable-even the sleeper sofa mattress was deluxe. Overall a great stay and easy walk to MGM and KA!

Clean, Comfortable, and Just What We Needed
The owner of the suite was very informative about how to check in, the in's and outs of the room, as well as checking out. The suite was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was almost my favorite part of the suite as the shower and jacuzzi were wonderful to use after a long day walking on the strip. The ONLY reason I gave this room a 4-star review is because it was a bit annoying having to get fresh towels (calling the front desk) and the rooms aren't cleaned unless you ask the front desk to send someone up. There is someone who cleans the rooms but that are contracted and it works differently than with traditional hotels. Also, on our check out day (which check out time is 12 pm) the housekeeper came in at 10:30 am. We felt like we needed to rush and hurry out of the room so she could clean the room so we left before our check-out time. GREAT ROOM THOUGH!!

Great Place!
Tower 1 is the best location for access to the MGM Grand, it's the closest. The suite is in the corner of the building, which is nice and quiet. We have stayed at The Signature for over 12 years and have always enjoyed it! The owner returned messages very quickly and met our requests, going above and beyond. We recommend this studio, great price, close to everything!
