飲食店や物販に関しては全てが驚愕の値段設定。宿泊したフロアのアイスマシンが、滞在中ずっと壊れていた。部屋には前の客が忘れていった靴下が残されていた。道路を渡った所に、マクド、酒屋、パンダエクスプレスごある。

There was a football match on Sunday and the fans were too noisy like talking loudly in the corridor and the elevator till midnight….. The staff are very helpful and extremely sweet.

子供連れの宿泊でしたが、とにかくプールがたくさんあり、子供たちは大喜びでした。お店も色々とあり、アイスクリームを食べり楽しかったです。 お部屋はアメニティも揃っており、またバスタブがあるのが良かったです。空港に近い分、中心地からは離れていますが、その分静かで落ち着きました。次回もまた宿泊したいです。

This was my second stay at Mandalay Bay. The staff throughout the hotel is a pleasure to work with. The grounds are clean and the pool area was great! I highly recommend it!

The front desk was very helpful! There was a line to check in but it move very quickly. The person that checked me was very kind and helpful! She made my experience so much better! I asked about parking and she told me the benefits of having the parking pass and how your able to use it at other mgm resorts. Traveling with 2 under 2 was hard but this information helped us so much. We were able to park closer to the strip and walk around and not worry about transportation! By her providing this information made our trip so much better!! And she also gave me pool view for my little one to see! Thank you so much! the only thing we dislike was not having a mini fridge for our drink or snacks.

Too much walking distance to parking and rooms. Older couples have difficulty with the distance and luggage. Need attendants to help with luggage. No directions on how to use the phone in the room. Ours would not connect. Beach area was extremely crowded and it needs more umbrella tables.

$16 for a cup of coffee in-room? Ridiculous. Called guest services with trouble with our safe, never showed up. Late for dinner reservation because my cash/credit cards were I safe. Called again after dinner, finally showed up but was a huge inconvenience. Property is beautiful. Service is just ok

The fact that you have to order out to get a cup of coffee or be trapped by the $16.00 per cup sitting in the room which most people assume is the 1 thing that even the cheapest hotel in the world offers as complimentary.

I liked that the hotel was clean and updated, however, the fact that you have to pay extra to use the weights at the gym, or buy a tube to go on the lazy river, seems ridiculous and wasteful.

Loved staying here. Updated rooms are fantastic. Great for the kids, being clean (smells great), smoke-free, and less sleazy. We loved the aquarium, restaurants, shows, and especially the pool and lazy river!

We arrived early at the hotel, they said they are going to send us a mail when the room is ready and they never did. A bottle of water cost $25 dollars, way too expensive.

We had a bad experience at check in. We got in late and they did not have a room with a king bed for us. They tried shoving a room with queen beds onto us and after about 30 minutes of complaining they found a room with a king bed. The water in the shower would not stay at temperature. It would cycle from warm to scaulding and then back to warm again. It was very difficult to shower without having the water turned to the wall and moving in and out of the water stream. I would not stay at this hotel next year. We will be going back to the Encore or the Wynn. There is no comparison!!!
