This place was perfect for our weekend getaway, the room was clean and absolutely beautiful. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly we felt welcomed instantly. Check in process was quick and easy and check out was even easier! Will be staying here again!

The only good experience was the bed. Staff is very unprepared, they do not stand for what they promise. At the XS nightclub the open bar closes at 1am but nobody warned about that and after entering 12am and been in a long line we only had one drink each. We stayed for my wife's birthday and I made some requests for our arrival and during the stay. They never responded. Requested a late checkout, was granted complimentary with access to pool and gym by Alexis for the rest of the day and when checking out they said we could only use the pool with gym access been a 100USD fee per person. The manager was intransigent thus we are restricted to pool but ther is no place to shower after. Completely unacceptable behavior of a supposed 5-star hotel. Also, the XS nightclub, been outdoors, has loud music playing up to the morning and the room is not sound proofed to contain it. Summary: do not stay at this hotel unless you have no expectations, just a bed and shower. No VIP benefits neither friendly staff.

The staff was professional, friendly and very helpful. The entire place was very clean. I booked through Expedia and despite the fact that my reservation clearly said Wynn Encore, the actual reservation was made at Wynn (the other tower). I was with friends so it was important to be at the same place. Fortunately the helpful staff figured it out but I ended up having to pay $55/night extra. Bummer.
