The staff at the pool were extremely rude and unhelpful We were treated very poorly and even though we were paying hotel guests we were denied chairs by the pool as they allowed others from outside of the hotel to reserve chairs without paying and therefore they had no space for actual hotel guests When we inquired about it the staff basically told us it was just too bad and maybe we should have paid to reserve our own !!! After paying so much for rooms it was astonishing to me I will never go back

Staff was friendly, courteous and enthused about this new property! Array of restaurants was very good. The selection of slot machines and gaming was very good. The sitting areas and bars were very comfortable and a varied selection. Although the casino is located off the strip - it is a short ride to the strip. The room was modern - yet still conveyed a feeling of warmth and quite comfy!

Beautiful property, very nice rooms. I was only there for one night. The staff (valet, front desk, cleaning crew) were excellent. The internet in both my room my daughters’ room was not working. I don’t know why we had problems connecting but I couldn’t access photos from my mother’s 90th birthday party to send to other family members. I was able to send them when I accessed the internet from the hotel WiFi in the lobby. I will return to this property.
