Amazing getaway

Buddha Perfection.
We are still amazed at just how perfectly this home met our needs. The huge yard and all of the games that it offers were a wonderful surprise. The pool/spa area and multiple seating areas made it easy for everyone to spread out and relax. A very clean and well organized home. It even had a bag dispenser for dog waste. The great location was close to whatever you could possibly need. Zohar was always in communication throughout our stay and was never needed. Check in and out was effortless. Thank you again for everything. We will be staying here again on out next visit.

Amazing!!
We loved our stay! The backyard is bananas!! Its beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. It was just great coming back relaxing in the pool after being on yhe srtip with so much going on. The host had great communication. Would definitely stay again for a 3 or 4 day trip. It was a great addition to my birthday weekend.

The property it’s really nice the stem room the pool the house, what is not nice is that they send cleaning people while your enjoying the property,they supposed to do that wen you check out or before you check in, not in your pay time,i mean if your naked enjoying the pool there’s a possibility that some cleaning crew break in and take you out of the pool to do their thing, that’s not nice.

Absolutely Amazing Property
What a fantastic property. A quick 20 minute Uber to the strip and located right next to Tivoli Village, a bougie little shopping center with delicious restaurants. Zohar, property manager, was prompt and professional. Will stay again here in future if available.

Great Work Retreat Oasis

we loved our stay here! the home was beautiful with awesome amenities in a great location. check in was a little wonky as it seemed like i was getting automated messages that were repetitive, but the host was communicative overall. the plug in tub of the communal bathroom didn’t work. overall we had a great time and would stay again!

Even better than described.
What an amazing property! We were a family of 5 adults. Wonderfully clean. Everything you could need was provided. Lush thick towels, comfy beds. Pool table, Foosball. Then the backyard had all conceivable things to do! Swimming pool and adjoining hot tub. Basketball court..couldn't find a ball. Huge chess set, hammocks in a covered area, and much more. The perfect spot!
We loved everything - especially the pool! A huge supply of towels which was awesome. Everything you need is here. The bedrooms were great - the kitchen so well stocked. Even a peloton bike to keep up with our rides while we were out of town. Highly recommend staying here. The location was great. So many nice touches from all the games to pool toys. You won’t regret it.

This house could be enjoyable with all of the amenities, but we were told several times and in a very aggressive and threatening manner via email that you are not to make any noise outside. Why advertise your great yard and then threaten your guest with zero noise. I felt as though we were in the movie “quiet place”. By the way, these emails were sent to me prior to arrival. Your house is in Las Vegas and the temp was 118 degrees, the only time to safely go outside is the evening/night but my family was scared to make any noises and I had to warn them not to laugh aloud and this was before 10:00. There are cameras everywhere watching and maybe listening to your every move. For the price I paid, I would have preferred to stay in a hotel where we could laugh while using the amenities. I have stayed in several VRBOs and have never been told more than once regarding the expectations. I felt the emails were demeaning as if they are talking to a kid. I understood the guidelines the first time! Although you may have had a bad experience with other guests , do not treat all of your guests with disrespect especially before they arrive or have warranted the threat and after the cancellation period. I was even told they were going to stop by as if to check on me and my guests. There was no need since you have cameras. My guests and I are all professionals and just wanted to get away for my birthday, I was treated as if I was guilty of something upon my arrival. Also, if you are asking your guests to wash the towels before they leave, make sure you leave more than 3 pods for two or more full loads of laundry. It’s only fair that the towels are very clean for the next guests.

Amazing property! Close to everything and I mean airport, car rental, strip, food, gas stations, liquor stores. Beyond exceeded expectations. The cleanest place I have ever stayed at. Puts hotels to shame how clean and organized the property was. Had more fun enjoying all the fun amenities on this property than a resort. It’s private and beautiful. You have everything you need in one place. The owner responds very fast to any messages and is a real pro in the hospitality business. 100% matches the pictures and description in listing. I can’t think of anything else one would need. We are coming back to this property because of the great experience we had. Truly an amazing property top to bottom.

Amazing Home!!
Zohar is a great host and excellent communicator. I went with a group of 7 women and we had a blast for my sisters birthday. Zohar stayed in touch with us the entire weekend to make sure we were ok and to see if we needed anything. I will definitely book this home again when I’m in Vegas. Quiet neighborhood and not far from the strip at all, about a 10-15 minute drive depending on where your going. House was clean with so many different activities to do on the site. Perfect for children and adults. 5 star home. The pool was our favorite, we were able to change the color of the lights inside it. Would highly recommend! Thanks Zohar!!

Beautiful spot with all the amenities, but check-in and communication were a challenge
The property appeared as advertised, was sparkling clean, and very spacious. We unfortunately had a great deal of difficulty with check-in. I had requested the door code the morning of check-in, but this was not provided and we found ourselves locked out well into the evening. There were multiple contact numbers provided for the host, but we were unable to get ahold of anyone. We finally did get in once we tracked down the host's brother on one of these numbers, but only after being on the line with VRBO for the previous hour working on an alternative accommodation plan as our outlook was bleak. Once we were in, all was well. I never did receive an explanation or apology, but the host did kindly turn on the pool heat free of charge during our stay as compensation, which was very nice. I would recommend this property as it really was a great place to stay, but I would suggest getting the door code well in advance of your arrival (perhaps request this a few days early to be safe... being locked out was a very stressful experience with a large group of 8 people).

Amazing house and location!
You can tell just from the pictures that this property is incredible and comes with tons of amenities so I'll just list the details that stood out to me. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. It's located right next to Tivoli Village which was equally as impressive. Want to go out to eat or go shopping for food? There are tons of options around very close by. Pool and landscaping maintenance came daily to keep them impeccable. Everything worked whether it was the sauna, the hot tub, grill, etc. Pillows were super comfortable! I'm a pillow snob and dislike the pillows 9/10 places I stay. This trip was an exception. Tons of towels to be found. No shortage there. The house owner response time and assistance was spot on. Zohar even stopped by to give our first arriver a tour of the property. In summary, everyone in my group loved the property and agreed we'd come back. I can't wait.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The neighborhood takes a few minutes to get in and out of but worked well for what we needed, and lots of shopping is convenient while still being in a quiet area where we felt very safe. The house was very clean, though we did find that there were ants and earwigs in the house (we set baits.) The owner was responsive, when we mentioned needed small repairs. One thing that would make it better is to have a "guest information book" as we've had at different rentals with all info in one place, such as wifi password, how to work the microwave and tv, etc. We did notice there weren't sheets for the playyard (there are now- we left some) or washcloths. Other than that there were plenty of bath towels though hand towels had to be washed every day or we ran out. Washer and dryer are large and efficient. The pool was great, loved the water slide, hammocks and areas to relax are nice though outdoor decorative lighting was not working. Only thing that would improve the comfort of the bedrooms is if there were blackout curtains- the light is VERY bright in the morning. Damage deposit was refunded promptly. No issues with the owner. We would stay here again!

The Buddha Estate
A stunning oasis in the sun, the Buddha Estate delivers WOW factors like no other! From top to bottom, this property is packed with extremely impressive features. Sprawling & stocked kitchen. Gorgeous & luxurious bedrooms. Sparkling clean & beautifully decorated. The pool table, shuffle board, darts, foosball, giant chess set, putting green & cornhole kept our group busy for hours. We thoroughly enjoyed the phenomenal backyard’s pool and many areas to relax. You’d be hard pressed to find a better home near so much. South coast casino (12min) & Tivoli village (8min) walking distance. Zohar was very accommodating and immediately responsive to any questions we had. We loved our stay here & hope to return again. A+++
