Summary:
This beautiful 680 sqft 1 bed 1 bath located on the first floor and it is Walking distance to the grocery shopping and restaurants and a Very short drive/walk to las vegas Boulevard ,condo is the perfect place to call home for a short period of time. we offer our guests fully furnished one Bedroom condo with washer/dryers, Tile floors,Granite countertops and complimentary parking ,all utilities are included, as well as high-speed WiFi , and cable TV.

Guest Access:
This is a self check in unit, our guests will receive a code prior to check in time.

The Neighborhood:
A very family oriented neighborhood, perfect getaway close enough to what our amazing city has to offer but also great place to rest and relax.

Getting Around:
The strip and it's main attractions are minutes away, we have grocery shoppings and restaurants close too.

Interaction with Guests:
We communicate with our guests via email or text messages, please let us know of anything, and also keep in mind that if it's after work hours we will reach out to you the following morning, thank you.

When I arrived the condo was in disarray, very dirty, the drawers on the refrigerator were gone the kitchen drawer was broken, the entry door was off and in general the place was a disappointment

Close to the Strip
1 bedroom apartment in nice dog friendly apartment complex with a pool and hot tub. Check in was easy, there's plenty of free parking, and we took an Uber to the strip for under $10. Overall a great stay.

Easy access off strip!
Great place to stay in Vegas. However there was a strange noise in kitchen. Sounded like water dripping??? Annoying at times .

Stay near the Las Vegas strip
The accommodation was clean and comfortable although not sound proof. You could hear the upstairs neighbour but fortunately they did respect quiet time. The walk to the Las Vegas strip was short and easy but a bit sketchy going on the sidewalk bridge over the tracks and highway once it became dark.

Wonderful location! Clean and everything was in working order. Quiet community and generally a delightful stay. I’ll definitely come back!

Location was good
Advertised for less money than was charged. Unit was very dark, not at all like the photos. Walked in directly to look at cleaning supplies in closet without door. No extras in this unit. Only thing in kitchen was a handful of coffee filters, not even a kitchen towel. Only one bag of dishwasher soap. Low end furniture and towels. Patio was dirty and had cigarette butts. Location was good, but will stay in hotel next time.
