長期滞在型のホテルで、部屋のグレードにも寄りますが、キッチン、コンロ、電子レンジ、フードプロセッサ、食器、鍋、洗剤、キッチンペーパー、洗濯機、乾燥機などまで備え付けでした。バスタブもついていました。海外のホテルでは、お湯の出が悪く、バスタブにお湯が張れないこともありますが、ここはお湯の使用量が少ないタイミングで貯めれば、熱々のお風呂に浸かれました。 敷地が大きく2つに分かれており、一方の敷地に行くのは、歩いて5分ほどかかります。フロントの女性が非常に親切で、3人で予約していたのですが、全員を同じ敷地に宿泊できるようにするため、責任者の方と調整してくれました。 歩いて10分程度のところに、大きなスーパーマーケットがあるので、食材をそこで購入すれば、調理もできますし、部屋に備え付けの電子レンジで、冷凍食品も食べられると思います。 短期間の宿泊でしたが、非常に良かったです。円安の影響でアメリカの宿泊はどこも非常に高額ですが、びっくりするほど安く泊まれました。 なお、ストリップからは車で10分程度かかります。Uberなどを利用すれば20ドル程度で移動できます。

スタッフは親切
建物や設備は、古いですが、リーズナブルで、良かったです。隣とドア１つなので、会話などは聞こえますが、この価格で、文句なしです。

建物は、古いですが、その分、安く泊まれます。 壁が、ドア一枚ですので、隣のおじさんが長時間、電話をしていて全部丸聞こえです．まるで、一緒に住んでいるかのようです．スタッフは、親切で、リーズナブルなので、納得です。

建物が道路を挟んで2棟に別れているので、多少分かりにくいかも。 フロントスタッフの対応は人により差があります(同じ人でも夜の暇な時間に行ったらフレンドリーで良かったです) プールやジャグジーもあり、楽しめました。大きな道路沿いにあり、場所はわかりやすいし、空港からも比較的近いです。車も部屋の近くまで行けるし停めやすいです。 バス利用もしましたがホテルのすぐ近くにバス停があるので交通の便は良いです。 ホテルロビーも清潔で、カジノが無いので静かです。ホテル周りも安全な地域だと思いました。

I stayed at this hotel more than 10 years ago, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel was still great. The rooms were clean, the area felt safe and there were plenty of stores, food and gas stations in the area. The Strip is only about 5-10 minutes away, which was very convenient. I think having an apartment-like room is always the way to go because the full kitchen comes in handy when trying to save money on eating out, and you're able to heat up leftovers that you bring back to the room. Just keep in mind that there are 2 different locations for the property; we checked in at the main office, then had to go 1 street down to the other location to get to our room. I would stay here again anytime the price is resonable.

Personal unfreundlich, Checkin erst um 4 Uhr, keine Möglichkeit früher in das Zimmer zu kommen, kein täglicher Reinigungsservice. Wir haben einen Tag verlängert, es wurde uns eine Rechnung für die Verlängerung ausgestellt, die beim Checkout durch die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption zerrissenen wurde und durch eine neue, deutlich höhere Rechnung ersetzt, mit den Worten, die Mitarbeiterin gestern "was wrong"Müll im Trepoenhaus lag einen ganzen Tag. Nachts, trotz geschlossener Fenster sehr laut, weil direkt an der Straße. Nichts in der näheren Umgebung.

Nice resort type place from the outside. Staff pleasant and helpful. In room phone and light not working, could not connect to WiFi. Staff fixed light and phone but unable to fix WiFi. Also got charged “resort fee” but didn’t use those amenities. Would not go back.

Property was nice but felt like they kept taking my money after I already paid for the room. $21 resort fee which I thought was for the spa, which was only just a hot tub. Staff was somewhat helpful when they were there but were at the desk half the time I needed them there. It’s a cheap hotel in Vegas but they get you by keep charging you after you already paid.

It is cheap for a reason. They have clean, but very old rooms. There is a fridge and a few kitchen basics, but we never found an ice machine. It took a while to check in, but other than housekeeping knocking a half hour before check out and then standing outside our room until we left, we never saw another staff member. We paid the resort fee, but were never told about a single amenity, so I have no idea what the "resort fee" is for. It is not in a very convenient area to the strip, its about 10-15 minutes away and there are no close by food places, its more industrial. There was a flyer for a pizza place in our room that ended up being almost 20 minutes away, and not good pizza anyway. My biggest issue was the walls are SUPER thin. The resort was less than half full, but we could hear every word from the next unit. You either had to whisper or turn up the TV to have any privacy. We stay in a lot of hotels, and this was the worst as far as soundproofing. The place you check in is nicer than the rooms, but the room wasn't even nearby, it was at a property down the road.

I think this hotel should have a shuttle service to and from the airport,,your customers spend money to stay at your hotel, the least you could offer is complimentary shuttle service to the guest when they arrive. The staff was very amazing and nice, I was charged a 200 dollar deposit, when I got there,,,,I did take pictures of my room so im not accused of any damages from a previous guests. But overall stay was very nice.

The experiance i had here was amazing i can seriously only complain about 2 things and that was that the AC unit was very rattly and that the walls were so thin i could hear the TVs of other people but those are the only complaints i had here. For what i paid and how affordable this was i got exactly what i paid for and then some

My husband accidentally left his debit card in the room. We went back to the hotel about 2.5 hours after we checked out and house keeping had just turned it into the front desk their security guard also let us back on the room and my husband discovered he gad left his beats airbuds too.

They oversold some of the rooms. During late check-in we were told that the hotel simply 'downgraded' our room type. Overall, you get what you pay for. The place has seen better days. Rooms are supposed to be non-smoking but the whole place smelled with tobacco. Not coming back.

The AC was busted in our room and was making a loud obnoxious noise they could be heard everywhere in the room. We reported the issue to staff but they weren’t very communicative with giving updates on the maintenance unless we followed up with them. There were no other rooms available so we were stuck in that room. The Tavern bathroom fixtures all looked old and had other like rust spots or just show their age and didn’t look very clean. The shower also made loud whining noise when we were using it.

The room was decent. There was a minor leak under the kitchen sink and the dishwasher didn't work but these were minor inconveniences. The area itself is quiet and the patio was serene. I would stay there again.
