On-street parking is available on a shared basis. Pets are allowed for an extra charge. Events and parties are not permitted. Please note, the building has no elevator; access to the third-floor apartment is via stairs only and may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child, or 3 adults. Enjoy the famous Las Palmas Carnival, local festivals, and events year-round, as well as water sports at the nearby beach.
